    摘要: A wireless terminal transmits a result of measuring received power of a downlink wireless signal from a femtocell base station to a macrocell base station. The macrocell base station transmits an interference control request including identification information of the wireless terminal to a femtocell base station group of which received power of a downlink signal included in a measurement result transmitted from the wireless terminal is a predetermined value or more. The femtocell base station has an adjacent wireless terminal list in which identification information of a wireless terminal, which is capable of being connected to an adjacent femtocell base station but is not capable of being connected to the femtocell base station, is recorded, and downlink transmission power of the femtocell base station is reduced when the identification information included in the interference control request is included in this list.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for distributing control signaling for session control of a multicast or broadcast service within a mobile communication network. Furthermore the invention also provides a base station, mobile terminal and communication system to perform the proposed method. In order to reduce the number of signaling connections for the service, the invention proposes to avoid the initial distribution of session control signaling in the entire mobile communications network or service area. Rather than providing service related control signaling connections upon session start, the control signaling connections are set up in response to service requests of the mobile terminals requesting the service. According to one further aspect, the mobile terminals send the service requests based on service announcements available at the mobile terminals, i.e. in contrast to conventional implementations, the mobile terminals do not await a notification of the access network on the availability of the service within the cell.

According to the devices and the method, a user quantity counting unit (163) of UPE (160) counts the number of UE which have performed a position registration in each position registration area containing a plurality of cells. A user quantity comparing unit (164) selects MCT if the counted UE quantity is not smaller than a predetermined threshold value and SCT if the counted UE quantity is smaller than the predetermined threshold value, thereby appropriately performing switching between SCT and MCT in accordance with the UE quantity. Only when the SCT is selected by the UPE (160), eNB counts the number of users in the cell managed by the local device.
