摘要: In an original film discharge mechanism in an inclined-type step and repeat machine that includes a photosensitive material holder having a rearwardly inclined surface for holding thereon a photosensitive material and an original film holder movable along the surface of the material holder, which mechanism includes a discharge part having a surface rearwardly inclined at substantially the same angle as that of the surface of the material holder with respect to the horizontal for receiving thereon the original film discharged from the film holder, and a supporting member for supporting the original film removed from the film holder, the improvement includes suctions provided on the surface of the discharge part for suction-holding the original film being discharged onto the part from the film holder, the suctions being positioned upward of and remote from the supporting member along the surface of the discharge part at a distance larger than longitudinal size of the original film; the film holder and suctions being adapted for relative movement away from each other while the latter suction-holding the film to thereby release the film from the film holder; and whereby the original film so released is permitted to be supported at a lower end thereof by the supporting member after the suctions stops so suction-holding.

摘要: A programmable logic device includes an AND plane and an OR plane associated with the AND plane. At least one of the AND and OR planes includes an array of programmable memory elements which can be selectively programmed to define a desired logic function. In one form, a function cell designed for providing one of a predetermined functions, such as a counter or shift register function, selectively is provided. In another form, a driver circuit connected to a pair of input lines has a first state in which one of the paired input lines serves as an inverting input line and the other as a non-inverting input line and a second state in which both of the paired input lines are set at low level. In a further form, two pairs of input lines of the AND plane are connected to an input or input/output terminal of the device. In a still further form, the AND plane further includes a plurality of test input lines each associated with the corresponding one of the product term lines of the AND plane, and an three-state output buffer is connected between the OR plane and a device output terminal, whereby the output buffer is enabled by a logical sum between a selected product term from the AND plane and an internally supplied test mode signal.

摘要: Described is a technique for viewing a document page on a small display such as a mobile phone or PDA. The page can come from a scanned document (bitmap image) or an electronic document (text and graphics data plus metadata). The page with text and graphics is segmented into regions. For each region, a scale-distortion function is constructed based on image analysis. During interactive viewing of the document, as the user navigates by moving the viewport around the page, the zoom factor will be automatically adjusted by optimizing the scale-distortion functions of the regions in the viewport.

摘要: Disclosed is a method of printing through a contact exposure in a step-and-repeat machine which is constituted by a photosensitive material holder for supporting a photosensitive material, an original film holder having a transparent base plate for fixedly holding an original film and having a holder frame defining a first chamber between the photosensitive material holder and the base plate, first suction means for holding the original film on the base plate, second suction means for evacuating air within the first chamber, and a light source disposed behind the original film for exposing the photosensitive material through the original film. The method comprises the steps of: actuating the first suction means to mount the original film fixedly on the base plate of the original holder by means of suction: positioning the original holder at a desired position on the photosensitive material; actuating the second suction means to evacuate air within the first chamber; decreasing the suction applied from the first suction means so as to effect the higher negative pressure within the first chamber than that applied by the first suction means, by which the original film contacts with the photosensitive material; and exposing the photosensitive material through the original film.

摘要: An image processing apparatus performs color conversion processing on an input image. The image processing apparatus includes a block pallet conversion unit, a first color converting unit and a restoration unit. The block pallet conversion unit converts the input image in units of blocks into (i) pallet color information including pallet colors number of which is less than pixels included in one of the blocks and (ii) selection information used to select one of the pallet colors for each pixel. The first color converting unit performs color conversion on the pallet color information obtained by the block pallet conversion unit. The restoration unit selects for each pixel, based on the selection information, one of the pallet colors of the pallet color information, which is color-converted by the first color converting unit, to restores an image.
