    摘要: A terminal connection structure which enables miniaturization and reliable connection of terminal fittings to each other is provided. A terminal connection structure 1 includes first terminal fittings 5 connected to a motor 7, second terminal fittings 22 connected to an inverter, and a clip terminal. The first terminal fittings 5 and the second terminal fittings 22 respectively includes electrical contact portions 8 and 27 formed in a band plate shape and superimposed on each other. The clip terminal includes a pair of contact pieces sandwiching the electrical contact portions 8 and 27 where the clip terminals are superimposed on each other and an urging connection portion 36 continued from a pair of the contact pieces 35, and urging the pair of the contact pieces 35 between which the electrical contact portions 8 and 27 are sandwiched, in a direction to approach each other. The clip terminal is caused to approach the electrical contact portions 8 and 27 along a crossing direction with respect to the longitudinal direction of the electrical contact portions 8 and 27 superimposed on each other, and sandwiches the electrical contact portions 8 and 27 superimposed on each other, between a pair of the contact pieces 35.

    摘要: The present invention provides a connection terminal for holding a plurality of electrical wires ends in place prior to crimping the connection terminal without displacement of the wires ends, and a stator utilizing the connection terminal. The stator includes a distributor unit for supplying electric current to a coil unit through the electrical wires. The distributor unit has the connection terminal to be connected with the wires ends. The connection terminal has a bottom wall with a setting surface of a flat surface prior to crimping the connection terminal. The stator has a guide surface disposed on a brim of a bobbin adjacent to a holder for holding the electrical wires. The guide surface is flush with the flat surface of the connection terminal.

    摘要: There is provided a waterproof connector in which swing of electric wires inside a rear holder can be prevented, and insertion of the rear holder into a connector body can be easily performed with a small force. The waterproof connector includes a connector body 2 having a terminal containing room 21 in which a terminal metal fitting 9 of an electric wire 7 is contained, a waterproof plug 3 which is fitted to the electric wire 7 at a wire withdrawing side 23 of the connector body 2 and assembled to the wire withdrawing side 23 of the connector body 2, and a rear holder 5 which is mounted on the wire withdrawing side 23 of the connector body 2 thereby to prevent drop of the waterproof plug 3 from the connector body 2. The rear holder includes a pair of half bodies which are separated as a first holder body 51 and a second holder body 52, wire containing recesses 53, 54 which contain respective semi-circular portions of the electric wire are respectively formed in the first holder body 51 and the second holder body 52, and the first holder body 51 and the second holder body 52 are individually mounted on the wire withdrawing side 23 of the connector body 2 to be combined together.
