In an inscribed meshing planetary gear construction provided with a carrier pin (a carrier member) 116, rigidity and stability are improved and its entire length is shortened, resulting in that in particular, the connection between an input shaft 101 and an eccentric body 103 can be improved so as to reduce the number of component parts and the number of assembling steps. In order to realize this object, a flange part 114 of an output shaft 102, a carrier pin 116 and a support ring 117 are supported at both ends by a pair of bearings 115a and 115b, and then a reduction gear mechanism is disposed between bearings 115a and 115b. The input shaft 101 is formed with a D-cut part of cross section by cutting a part of its outer circumference in parallel with its axial direction. This cut part is utilized so as to set a circumferential position (a stop of rotation) between the input shaft 101 and an eccentric body 103. A carrier pin 116 has a pipe-like spacer 125 at its central part, the axial position of the flange part 114, the carrier pin 116 and the support ring 117 is set through a spacer 125.

A planetary speed-up and -down gearing comprising an external gear having outer teeth (7A) defined by a trochoidal curve and an internal gear having outer pins (9) internally meshed with the outer teeth (7A) of the external gear and being eccentric with respect to the external gear, the external gear and the internal gear being meshed and rotated eccentrically and swingingly relative to each other, so that phases of the external gear and the internal gear are shifted by a difference in the number of teeth between both said gears for each of the eccentric and swinging rotations, to thereby take out, as an output, rotation corresponding to the above difference in phase. Factors such as the radius of a pitch circle of the outer pins (9), the eccentric amount between the external gear and the internal gear, the radius of each outer pin (9), the speed reduction ratio, and the difference in the number of teeth are given a predetermined relationship therebetween, thereby providing a planetary speed-up and -down gearing in which a relative slippage speed in the meshing is reduced and thus a noise level is reduced with the difference in the number of teeth being three or more. Also, by keeping the radius of each outer pin constant and also keeping the number of the outer pins constant, a planetary speed-up and -down gearing is provided in which the same outer pins can be shared by three or more external gears.

A process is described for continuously drying a paste material for a high-density detergent in a drying apparatus comprising a cylindrical casing and one or more sheet blades radially attached to a rotational shaft positioned at the center of the cylindrical casing such that the tip of each of the one or more sheet blades extends to the inner wall of the cylindrical casing, comprising the steps of feeding a paste material for a high-density detergent having a moisture content of from 20 to 35% by weight into the drying apparatus; forming a film of the paste material on the inner wall of the cylindrical casing by rotating the sheet blades; and scraping the film from the inner wall of the casing while continuously dehydrating and drying the film by heating under vacuum. The process of the invention conserves space and energy in drying the paste material for a high-density detergent. Furthermore, the process of the invention minimizes the deterioration of the paste material for a high-density detergent upon drying.
