In a series of electric valve drive units which can drive a valve body via reduction gears, at least one gear mechanism of the reduction gears is provided with an eccentric wobbling inscribed gear type of a planetary gear mechanism which has an input shaft, an external gear eccentrically and wobbly rotating about the input shaft, an internal gear engaged with the external gear, and a carrier absorbing a wobbling ingredient of the external gear. At least two types of valve drive units are supplied, one of which places prime importance on the anti-counter-rotating function, and the other places prime importance on the rotational efficiency.

A geared motor in which user needs for change gear ratios are met with flexibility and reliability, and an increase in noise is suppressed. The geared motor comprises a motor unit and a change gear unit for transmitting rotational power from this motor unit in combination. A simple planetary roller unit including a simple planetary roller mechanism and a casing for accommodating this simple planetary roller mechanism is interposed between the change gear unit and the motor unit. The simple planetary roller mechanism has a sun roller, planetary rollers, and a ring roller. Flange portions spreading outward in the radial directions of the sun roller are formed on both axial ends of the casing. One of the flange portions is coupled to the motor unit, and the other is to the change gear unit. Moreover, the geared motor is configured so that rotational power from the motor unit is transmitted to the change gear unit through the simple planetary roller unit.

A fluid pressure device of the inner gearing type comprising an outer gear having circumferentially arranged external teeth, and an inner gear eccentrically disposed relative to the outer gear and having circumferentially arranged internal teeth in meshing engagement with the external teeth of the outer gear, so that one of the gears makes an orbital movement around the axis of the other gear while rotating around its own axis. The inner gear is mounted in a stationary ring member in inner gearing relation so as to be able to make orbital movement relative to the stationary ring. Alternatively, the outer gear is mounted in an inner gearing relation around a rotary member which is adapted to rotate in unison with the input/output shaft of the device so as to be able to make an orbital movement around the rotary member. The inner gearing relation is realized by a plurality of cylindrical axially extending pins circumferentially disposed on one of the associated members and a plurality of dents having an arcuate profile in meshing engagement with each pin and circumferentially formed on the other of the associated members, the number of the dents being equal to that of the pins.
