摘要: A spring-type fastener driving tool includes a plunger having a blade that drives in fasteners, a spring that urges the plunger downwards and is capable of being compressed upwards, a spring compression mechanism unit that includes a drum that causes the plunger to move in a compression direction of the spring based on rotational force of a motor, a reduction mechanism unit, and a one-way clutch than prohibits reverse rotation of the motor. Reverse rotation of the drum due to the urging force of the spring is prevented by providing the one-way clutch between an input side rotating shaft of the reduction mechanism unit and a rotation output shaft of the motor.

摘要: An electric fastener driver having a compact size and simple construction. A driver segment provided with a rack is movably disposed in a housing. A flywheel is driven by a motor. A drive shaft is concentric with and integral with the flywheel. A coil spring is fixed to the drive shaft. A driven rotor is coaxial with the drive shaft and has one end portion serving as a spring seat portion positioned within the coil spring. A pinion is disposed at the driven rotor and is meshedly engaged with the rack. An urging section is disposed within the driven rotor. A ball is movably disposed in a through-hole formed in the driven rotor for urging an end portion of the coil spring by the urging section. A solenoid controls a protruding amount of the ball from the surface of the driven rotor.

摘要: When the plunger is a game moved to a prescribed position Ph of an initial state on the upper dead point side by the drive force of the motor after the plunger is moved to the lower dead point side, the controller of a spring driven-type fastener driving tool reduces the rotational speed of the motor to a prescribed value or less based on the detection signal of the operation detection switch and then stops the slowed down motor. In order to achieve this, the plunger is stopped at a stop position of an initial state that is as close as possible to an upper dead point side drive start position and is subjected to a strong compression force by the drive spring.

摘要: A stationary annular abutting member 14E is provided with a first projecting section that operates as part of a ratchet mechanism. A rotational flange section is provided with a second projecting section that operates as part of the ratchet mechanism. The first projecting section projects in the direction from the ON position toward the OFF position of a plunger of a solenoid. The second projecting section projects in the direction from the OFF position toward the ON position of the plunger. When a driven rotor starts rotating and comes to a rotary position slightly short of the rotary position of about ¾ of a full turn in the ON state of the solenoid, the projecting end of the first projecting section and that of the second projecting section are located opposite to each other and the second projecting section rides on the first projecting section.

摘要: According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a nailing machine including: a housing; a motor that is accommodated in the housing; a plunger that plunges a nailing member; and a spring that is expanded or compressed by the motor to store an elastic energy therein and that accelerates the plunger by releasing the elastic energy, wherein a spring constant of the spring at one end of the spring in an expanding/compressing direction is set smaller than that of the spring at a center in the expanding/compressing direction.

摘要: A drive machine includes a housing; a motor disposed in the housing; a magazine which is attached to the housing and supplies a nail to a drive position; a plunger for driving the nail; a spring which impels and accelerates the plunger to the drive position by elastic force; and a chain which is driven by the motor, to thus accumulate elastic energy in the spring. The chain has a projection which provides a first state where elastic energy is accumulated in the spring and a second state where the accumulated elastic energy is released.
