    摘要: A washer includes a plurality of washing devices for spraying washing water to an object to be washed from various directions of a washing tub, and a washing water feeding device for feeding the washing water. The washing water is sequentially sprayed from respective washing devices. Thus, the washing water can be sprayed to eating utensils from the various directions without increasing fed water, and a washing effect is improved. Speedy washing, energy saving, and water saving can be also achieved.

    摘要: Provided are an apparatus and a method for manufacturing a multilayered interlayer for safety glass that allows reliable and easy formation of inserted layers having a larger coloring layer. The manufacturing apparatus 1 for manufacturing the multilayered interlayer for safety glass having a first outermost layer, an inserted layer, and a second outermost layer laminated together, wherein an outlet for the inserted layer formation 14 is provided between outlets for of the first and the second outermost layers formation 9 and 10 on an outlet side of a guide for a layer disposition 4, the outlets for the first and the second outermost layers formation 9 and 10 and the outlet for the inserted layer formation 14 have a shape of a slit, the dimension L, in a slit shape in the width direction, of the outlet for the inserted layer formation 14 is set smaller as compared with the dimension K, in a slit shape in the width direction, of the outlets for the first and the second outermost layers formation 9 and 10, the thickness of the slit is set smaller with increasing proximity to the end on at least one end of the outlet for the inserted layer formation 14 having a shape of a slit, and a metal mold for extrusion 5 is connected in a subsequent stage of the guide for a layer disposition 4.

The method for manufacturing includes processes for respectively delivering, from a first and a second extruding machine, thermoplastic resin composition(s) for the outermost and inserted layers formation in a molten state to the first and second delivering hole of the guide for layer disposition; a process for simultaneously forcing the thermoplastic resin composition(s) to respectively arrive in the outlets for the outermost and inserted layers formation through the flow paths for the outermost and inserted layers formation; and a process for extruding the thermoplastic resin composition(s) for the outermost and inserted layers formation as a multilayer film in a condition where the thermoplastic resin composition for the inserted layer formation is disposed between the thermoplastic resin compositions for the outermost layers formation.
