摘要： An information providing apparatus receives a user ID read by an IC card reader, and stores therein the user ID. The user inputs booking information by using an input screen that receives booking information, and then, the information providing apparatus further receives the user ID read by the IC card reader. The information providing apparatus then determines whether the received user ID matches the user ID stored therein. The information providing apparatus confirms reception of the booking information that is input by using the input screen if the user IDs are determined to match each other.
