摘要： A counter-rotation twin-screw extruder for extracting a juice by squeezing vegetables and/or fruits has mutually engaging screws mounted to two mutually parallel rotary shafts which rotate in mutually opposite directions. The screws are enclosed inside a screen structure made of a curved member made of a stainless steel plate and having slits through which juice is collected.
