    摘要: A production method and system for granulating powdered material wherein powdered material is fluidized by applying heated pulsating vibration air, and the fluidized powdered material is suspended up and down at a regular cycle by means of heated pulsating vibration air, the aggregated material is compressed by further vibration of pulsating vibration air, whereby the aggregated powdered material is efficiently made into granulated material with high density and rather small specific volume without causing projection on the surface and without being made porous. The production system is comprised of a granulation tank for storing powdered material to be granulated, the granulation tank having a supply port for introducing heated air at the bottom thereof, a discharge port for discharging the introduced heated air at the top thereof, and a fluidization bed provided above the supply port for receiving the powdered material. A spray apparatus for spraying a binder solution provided in the granulation tank for aggregating the powdered material stored in the granulation tank for growing the material is provided. An air source connected to the supply port of the granulation tank via a conduit pipe; heating apparatus interposed in the conduit pipe for heating the air generated from the air source; and a pulsating vibration air generation means interposed in the conduit pipe for converting the air generated from the air source to pulsating vibration air.

    摘要: A pneumatic transport system for powdered materials for quantifying and pneumatically transferring powdered materials. When materials are fed above an inclined guide plate in a material feeder with its bottom opening closed by a valve plug, a slide damper is slid to divide the materials in the feeder vertically. An open space is formed under the inclined guide plate so that the materials aren't damaged when the slide damper is moved. When the valve plug is retracted, the materials under the slide damper are fed into a transport plug housed in a plug setting portion. The transport plug is pneumatically transported into a material discharge port by compressed air supplied by an air supply. After the transportation is finished, the transport plug is returned into the plug setting portion.

    摘要: A mixing and blending method for powdered or granular material includes supplying pulsating vibration air into an airtight tank from a bottom thereof. An airtight tank having a porous bottom plate on which the material is stored is provided for the mixing and blending method. In the system pulsating vibration air is generated by periodically increasing and decreasing the amount of blowing air at a low frequency. Pulsating vibration air is introduced into the airtight tank from the bottom of the airtight tank so as to generate air flow going upward through the porous bottom of the airtight tank. As a result, powdered or granular material stored on the porous bottom plate in the airtight tank is uniformly mixed and blended in the airtight tank while continuously moving up and down as in a convectional manner.

    摘要: An on-line moisture control method for powdered or granular materials and a related system to practice the method. A fixed amount of materials are sampled by a material sampling means, transported into a heat treatment chamber having an airtight heating part, heated in the heat treatment chamber while an inert gas is supplied therein, and the weight measured by a weight measuring unit. The moisture generated by heating the materials is sent to a moisture measuring unit together with the inert gas. An operation unit receives the weight value measured by the weight measuring unit and the titrated value measured by the moisture measuring unit, and calculates the moisture content of the materials and displays the value.
