摘要： An image forming apparatus includes: a generating unit that generates a control image representing control information to be used for controlling an operation that is performed by the image forming apparatus; a superimposing unit that superimposes the control image generated by the generating unit on a print image; and an output unit that outputs a superimposed image generated by the superimposing unit performing the superimposition. The control information is to be used for performing a control operation so that a document formed with pages having the superimposed image printed thereon is collectively processed, with the superimposed image representing the control information. The control information contains the total number of pages of the document and the page number of the corresponding page having the superimposed image printed thereon.

摘要： An image processing device includes: an image obtaining unit that obtains original images one by one from an original document on which image processing is to be performed by the image processing device; an output unit that outputs each of the original images obtained by the image obtaining unit; an information acquiring unit that acquires control information for controlling operations to be performed by the image processing device, the control information being extracted from a control image represented by a specific image in the original image obtained by the image obtaining unit; and a control unit that determines whether the control information acquired by the information acquiring unit requires an authentication, determines whether an output of the original image having the control information is restricted on the basis of a result of the authentication when the control information requires an authentication, restricts the output of the original image when the output is determined to be restricted, and controls the output unit to output the original image when the original image does not require an authentication or when the output of the original image is determined not to be restricted.

摘要： A code reading device includes an acquisition section, a derivation section and a correction section. The acquisition section reads a two-dimensional code image and acquires image information representing the two-dimensional code image. The derivation section derives an image characteristic quantity representing a ratio between a number of white pixels and a number of black pixels for a pre-specified region of the image information acquired by the acquisition section. The correction section, on the basis of a result of comparison of the image characteristic quantity derived by the derivation section with a reference value corresponding to the pre-specified region, applies correction to the image information to bring the image characteristic quantity closer to the reference value.
