    摘要: A fluid filled type vibration damping device includes a first mounting member, a second mounting member, a main rubber elastic body, a flexible film, a partition member, a valve, a coil, a control-signals-generating circuit and a power amplifier circuit. The valve enables to switch the second orifice passage between an open state and a closed state. The second orifice passage communicates the pressure-receiving chamber and the equilibrium chamber with each other. The switch of the valve is performed by an electromagnetic force occurring by an electrical connection of the coil. Furthermore the control-signals-generating circuit is formed and disposed separately from the coil. The control-signals-generating circuit produces state switching control signals of the valve. Moreover the power amplifier circuit which supplies an electric-current to the coil by amplifying the state switching control signals, constitutes an actuator unit attached integrally to the coil, and is disposed separately from the control-signals-generating circuit.

    摘要: A fluid filled type engine mount that includes a movable film that is disposed in a partition member so that a second orifice passage connects a pressure receiving chamber and an equilibrium chamber via the movable film. It also includes a valve member that is composed of: a valve body formed of ferromagnetic material; an urging member for exerting urging force on the valve body so that the second orifice passage is placed in a cutoff state by the valve body when the urging member is in an initial state; and a coil disposed in an interior of the partition member. The coil is energized to generate a magnetic field by which the valve body is displaced in order to place the second orifice passage in a communicating state.

An urging member is provided for urging the valve body towards a displacing end situated towards an equilibrium chamber. A valve member includes a coil disposed about the valve body in the partition member and energizing the coil to urge the valve body towards a pressure receiving chamber in opposition to urging force in order to place a second orifice passage in a cutoff state through by the urging force of the urging member, and in a communicating state through energization of the coil to separate contacting portions of the valve body and a wall of the valve housing zone.

    摘要: A vibration controller includes a data map storage, a detector, a determiner, a signal generator, and an actuator. The data map storage stores amplitude and/or phase data with respect to torque values of a vehicle engine as a data map in advance. The detector detects actual torque values of the vehicle engine. The determiner determines one of the amplitude and/or phase data with respect to one of the actual torque values based on the data map. The signal generator generates a control signal based on cyclic pulsating signals emitted from the vehicle engine, and updates the amplitude and/or phase of the control signal based on the one of the determined amplitude and/or phase data. The actuator actuates an electromagnetic actuator of an active vibration insulator based on the updated control signal, whereby inhibiting vibrations of the vehicle engine from transmitting by means of vibrating forces exerted by the electromagnetic actuator.

    摘要: A vibration controller includes a map controller, an adaptive controller, a set-up frequency judge/switcher, and an actuator. The map controller includes a data map storage for storing data on control signals determined in advance for a vibration insulator, and a signal generator for selecting one of the data, depending on a frequency of a cyclically pulsating signal emitted from a vibration generating source of a vehicle, from the data map storage and generating a control signal. The adaptive controller generates the control signal with respect to the cyclically pulsating signal using an adaptive control method. The set-up frequency judge/switcher switches from the map controller to the adaptive controller or vice versa based on the frequency of the cyclically pulsating signal. The actuator actuates an actuator of the vibration insulator based on the control signal generated by the map controller or the adaptive controller, whereby inhibiting the vehicle from vibrating.

    摘要: A method for actuating active vibration insulators includes the steps of generating an idling control signal in an idling range of a vehicle, generating a running control signal in a running range of the vehicle, and actuating an electromagnetic actuator of an active vibration insulator based on the idling control signal or the running control signal, thereby inhibiting vibrations of a vehicle engine from transmitting by the electromagnetic actuator. The idling control signal is produced by adding a higher order harmonic signal component with respect to a control frequency, based on a cyclic pulsating signal emitted from the vehicle engine, to a fundamental-wave signal component of the control frequency. The running control signal is composed of the fundamental-wave signal component of the control signal. The method can inhibit noises from generating by actuating simple electromagnetic actuators, and can damp vibrations of vehicle engines simply and less expensively.
