The nucleic acid fragment according to the present invention is for use in a nucleic acid fragment kit. The nucleic acid fragment of the present invention can be used as a probe for detecting nucleic acid or a competitor for detecting nucleic acid. According to the present invention, human leukocyte antigen (HLA) genes, T-cell receptor genes, red blood cell group determining genes, and Rh antigen genes, and the like can be detected at a high accuracy level.
