    摘要: An optical pickup device comprising an objective lens having an optic axis for focusing a light beam emitted from a light source on an optical recording medium. The objective lens is carried on a support member which is coupled with a base through a coupling unit. The coupling unit has a first rotation axis parallel to the optic axis for permitting rotation of the support member about the first rotation axis in a tracking direction perpendicular to the optic axis and a second rotation axis perpendicular to the optic axis for permitting rotation of the support member about the second rotation axis in a focusing direction parallel to the optic axis. The support member has a center of gravity positioned substantially on the first rotation axis. A light beam reflected from the optical recording medium is sensed for exerting a force on the support member to move the objective lens in the focusing and/or tracking directions so as to adjust the optic axis to a desired position.

    摘要: An optical scanning device is provided, which is compact-sized and lightweight, and, which consumes less power. A movable member of the device is supported on a fixed member via a swing axis provided on the fixed member. On an upper surface and along an axial line of swing of the movable member, there are disposed a light emitting unit and a light receiving unit. When an AC current flows through a coil provided in the movable member, electromagnetic force acting on the coil when traversing a magnetic circuit comprising a yoke and a permanent magnet both provided on the fixed member urges the movable portion to swing around its swing axis at a predetermined cycle. A laser bean L from the light emitting unit scans a bar code and a reflected light L′ from the bar cord is received by the light receiving unit thereby reading information of the bar code. The above structure of the device minimizes the drop in the efficiency of light reception and contributes to a compact and lightweight design, and less power consumption.

    摘要: An optical head device for use in a disc player has a light beam generating and detecting unit for generating a light beam emerging therefrom and detecting a light beam coming thereto from the outside, an object lens driving unit for supporting an object lens and moving the same in both a first direction along an optical axis of the object lens and a second direction substantially perpendicular to the first direction, and a movable base member for supporting the light beam generating and detecting unit and the object lens driving unit both mounted thereon so that the light beam emerging from the light beam generating and detecting unit is incident through a predetermined path upon the object lens supported by the object lens driving unit. In an embodiment, the movable base member is formed into the shape of a plate, and the light beam generating and detecting unit and the object lens driving unit are mounted respectively on opposite surfaces of the movable base member.

An XY-table 701 supporting a lower holding unit 5 having a holding plate 513 capable of being turned on support pins 505 and 511 about two axis perpendicular to each other and holding a TFT plate 11 is lifted up by a lifting table 703 to bring the TFT plate 11 into partial contact with a color filter plate 9 held by an upper holding unit 3 disposed above the lower holding unit 5, and then the XY-table is lifted up further to bring the respective contact surfaces 901 and 1101 of the color filter plate 9 and the TFT plate 11 into close contact with each other while the XY-table 701 is moved along a minute square path in a horizontal plane in order that the holding plate 513 can be easily turned on the support pins 505 and 511 in a minute range.
