摘要： An aqueous dispersion of a vinylidene chloride resin which, when coated onto a synthetic resinous film substrate, has the combined properties of: (1) good adhesion to the substrate; (2) good adhesion of a printing ink to the coating; (3) satisfactory barrier to gases (especially oxygen) and water vapor; and (4) a high resistance to a boiling water treatment. The dispersion must also contain an unsaturated carboxylic acid in an amount of from about 0.5.times.10.sup.-4 to about 4.times.10.sup.-4 mol of unsaturated carboxylic acid units per gram of solids in the dispersion. The unsaturated carboxylic acid must have a partition coefficient of greater than or equal to 1. A limited portion of the amount of the unsaturated carboxylic acid is contained in the aqueous phase. The remaining unsaturated carboxylic acid is polymerized with the vinylidene chloride.

摘要： A tube fastener, with a binding wire, both ends of which are made of a spring steel wire and which is wound in coil form, with the ends in crossed relation to one another, such that one end of the binding wire is bent transversely and attached to a supporting plate, and the other end of the binding wire is fixed to a pressing plate and where a screw spindle is fitted to the pressing plate by passing through it, and at the same time, the extreme end of the screwed spindle penetrates the supporting plate and is restrained by one end of the wire, where the wire is being retained by the supporting plate in such a way that the extreme end of the spindle may make free revolutions, with a pressing piece projected on the pressing plate, the extreme end of which is set in a manner such as to press the surface of a tube, and by the revolutionary operation of the screw spindle, the supporting plate and the pressing plate are brought close together and separated alternately, thereby tightening and loosening the steel wire and because of the fact that the pressing plate is capable of tightening the binding effect of the steel wire to a stronger degree due to its reaction force.

摘要： The present invention relates to a spring producing apparatus which is constituted such that a drive roller (2) is connected to a controlled speed motor (13) with a clutch brake via a suitable transmission mechanism while a bending die (7) and a pitch tool (10) are connected to adjusting actuators (16) and (22) by way of cams (17) and (23), respectively, and a cutter (11) is connected to a cutting actuator, whereby operations of the motor (13) and the actuators (16) and (22) are set and controlled suitably by a controller. The present invention further relates to a spring producing apparatus which comprises a chuck (100) connected to a reversible motor with a clutch brake by way of a transmission mechanism, a metal core (101) fittably and removably mounted on the chuck (100), a pitch tool/guide member (117) mounted on a linear guide (110) which is moved in a parallel relationship to the metal core on the chuck, a wire stock (103) which is fed through a nozzle (120) of the pitch tool/guide member (117) being fitted into and arrested by the chuck (100) whereafter the wire stock (103) is wrapped into coils around the metal core (101), an actuator (126) disposed on the linear guide (110) for movement together with the pitch tool/guide member (117) so as to be pushed against or pulled by the guide (117) to apply a predetermined pitch to the coils, and a cutter (152) which is moved up and down by operation of a cutting actuator (153) after releasing of the push or pull at the actuator (126).

The dispersion must also have a molar ratio of acrylonitrile to methyl methacrylate of from about 0 to 1 to about 1 to 1. A limited portion of the amount of methacrylic acid is contained in the aqueous phase. The remaining amount of methacrylic acid is polymerized with the vinylidene chloride.
