摘要: A damper mechanism (4) includes a first flywheel (2), an intermediate rotating body (44) arranged to be rotatable with respect to the first flywheel (2), a second flywheel (3) arranged to be rotatable with respect to the intermediate rotating body (44), a first damper (8) having a plurality of first coil springs (41) elastically coupling the first flywheel (2) and the intermediate rotating body (44) in a rotation direction, and a second damper (9) elastically coupling the intermediate rotating body (44) and the second flywheel (3) in the rotation direction and that begins operating at a torque that is lower than the minimum operating torque of the first damper (8). The first coil springs (41) are accommodated between the first flywheel (2) and the second flywheel (3) in a state of having been compressed in the rotation direction.

摘要: A power transmitting mechanism is provided in which a driving member rotatingly transmitting power and a driven member receiving the transmitted power are arranged concentrically for rotation relative to each other. A torsion member is accommodated between the driving member and the driven member. A first hysteresis mechanism including at least one friction member is provided on the inner peripheral side of a spacing accommodating the torsion mechanism. The friction member of the first hysteresis mechanism may be split into a plurality of portions each passing through, with clearance, a respective hole or cut-out in the driven member. A second hysteresis mechanism including at least one friction member is arranged outside the space accommodating the torsion mechanism. The second hysteresis mechanism generates hysteresis separate from that generated by the first hysteresis mechanism. The torsion member may be plural torsion springs with differing spring constants. A flywheel is connected to the driven member and a clutch mechanism is either abutted against or substantially spaced apart from the flywheel.

The intermediate plate member and the first plate member have acting sections on a surface whereon at least one of the rolling elements rolls, the acting sections press the intermediate plate member against the second plate member by a relative rotation between the intermediate plate member and the first plate member.

摘要: A torque fluctuation absorbing apparatus includes drive plates coupled to an input shaft from an engine, a flywheel supported rotatably on the input shaft, a driven disc radially outwardly extending between the opposed drive plates and fixed on the flywheel, and a pair of L-shape thrust members located in a space between the opposed drive plates and forming a liquid chamber. The lining secured to outer side surfaces of the thrust members are brought into frictional engagement with inner side surfaces of the drive plates when a liquid pressure in the chamber is increased and the thrust members are axially moved.

摘要: An apparatus for absorbing torque vibration comprises inertial bodies comprising first and second flywheels, and a damper mechanism, torque limiting mechanism and hysteresis mechanism interposed between the first and second flywheels.The rotation is transmitted between both flywheels via damper mechanism, torque limiting mechanism and hysteresis mechanism. Resilient members are secured to spring seats, which are engaged with both ends of a spring of the damper mechanism, at an inner-half portion of the spring seat closer to the axis of said flywheels than an axial line of the spring. Excess compression of the resilient members is prevented.

摘要: A torque variation absorbing device includes a drive plate connected to a drive shaft, a first fly-wheel and a second-fly wheel integrally connected, and a damping mechanism arranged between the first fly-wheel and the second fly-wheel. The damping mechanism includes a coil spring with a first spring seat fitted into one side of the coil spring and a second spring seat fitted into the other side of the coil spring. A driven disk contacts the first spring seat and is rotatable with the fly-wheels. A first elastic member is provided on the driven disk for interacting with the first spring seat and a second elastic member is provided on the drive plate for interacting with the second spring seat.
