摘要： A separable slide fastener has a pair of warp-knit stringer tapes each with a series of longitudinal openings for easy attachment to a knit fabric. Each of the stringer tapes includes a reinforcing body mounted on a lower end portion thereof and including a thin member and an endmost thick member both extending transversely across some of the tape opening, the thin member covering at least the endmost opening and the endmost thick body having a transverse portion contiguous to the thin member in the longitudinal direction of the stringer tape and extending about a portion of the thin member and the lower end portion of the stringer tape. A separable bottom end stop is injection-molded on the thin reinforcement member bonded to the stringer tape so as to form integrally therewith the thick reinforcement member.

摘要： A separable slide fastener comprises a pair of warp-knit stringer tapes each having a pair of webs with a wale-free region therebetween, which are interconnected by a connector thread extending across the wale-free region at longitudinal intervals, the wale-free region being receptive of a chain of thread loops for attaching the stringer tape to a fabric. A pair of rows of coupling elements is mounted on opposite longitudinal edges of the stringer tapes, respectively and taken into and out of interdigitating engagement by a slider movable along the rows of coupling elements. The stringer tapes have at one end thereof a separable bottom end stop. A reinforcement member is mounted on each of the stringer tapes at the one end thereof and connected to the separable bottom end stop. The reinforcement member extends between the tape webs across the wale-free region and includes means adjacent to the wale-free region for anchoring an end of the chain of thread loops on the reinforcement member against displacement thereof. The anchoring means comprises a projection extending from a body of the reinforcement member in a direction away from the stringer tape and located substantially in alignment with one of the webs of the stringer tape. The projection serves to prevent the end of the loop chain extending around the reinforcement body from being displaced off the body.

摘要： A separable slide fastener to be attached to a knit fabric has a pair of warp-knit stringer tapes each with a series of openings. Each of the stringer tapes may include a reinforcement film bonded to a lower end portion thereof and having a recess which allows some of the tape openings to be exposed for use in attachment to the knit fabric. Knitting needles are inserted in the openings, and a fabric is knitted thereon to form successive courses. 摘要： A tape of the fastening device made of synthetic resin is composed of an attachment area formed of one or more wales disposed at right and left edge portions of the tape in the width direction thereof and a fastener-molding area formed of plural wales in a center portion in the width direction. The warp knitted tape is entirely composed of a knitting structure formed by tangling of tricot stitch yarns and single cord stitch yarns, and chain stitch yarns are further knitted in the fastener-molding area so as to suppress stretching property in a warp direction of the area to a maximum extent and ensure a dimensional stability. The attachment area is composed of a knitting structure having required stretching property in its warp direction and some extent of stability in the dimensional form. Therefore, the fastening device with tape can be sewed to and along a curved line easily and can be adapted to an attachment object having stretching property well. Further, it allows engagement and disengagement of its fasteners securely and accurately, and enables continuous smooth molding of the fasteners made of synthetic resin onto the tape.
