    摘要： This specification discloses an original urging device for enabling an original to be well placed and supported on the original supporting carriage of a copying machine, a printing machine or the like. The supporting member for the original urging plate of the device has one end thereof pivotally supported. A point for taking the resilient force of a resilient member is provided at a point on the supporting member. During replacement of the original, the original urging plate may be made stationary within a predetermined range of angles facilitating the handling of the urging plate, in accordance with the rotated position of the supporting member and by the relationship between the moment produced by the gravity force acting to the supporting member and urging plate and the moment produced by the resilient force of the resilient member.

    摘要： The present invention provides a bilateral communication network system, particularly, a optical wireless communication system communicating information frames via an optical node mounted on a mobile object and a plurality of optical repeaters connected to a wired network, which can prevent transfer performance from deteriorating without increasing frames to be transferred. The optical wireless communication system is constituted as follows. A plurality of the optical repeaters having functions to switch information frames are attached to a ceiling. The optical node bilaterally communicating with the optical repeaters are mounted on a moving object such as a robot, a vehicle or the like. Information frames including address information of the optical node are periodically transmitted from an information processor connected to the optical node via optical wireless communication. The address information is continuously transmitted from the optical repeaters to a trunk network, and a filter function is arranged in the trunk network so as to make only one frame effective among frames with the same content.

    摘要： A scanner of a bar code verifier is provided with a viewing window that allows the operator to align the scanner and a bar code to be scanned by the scanner. However, such a viewing window also allows external light to enter the scanner and reduce the accuracy with which the bar code is verified. This problem is solved by a scanner 1 of a bar code verifier according to the invention provided with a blind shutter 8 that can selectively open or close the viewing window 7 so that, during the operation of reading and verifying the bar code, the viewing window 7 may be closed by the blind shutter 8 to improve the accuracy with which the bar code is verified.

A positioner with projections or holes on the guide rail cooperates with holes or projections in the guide to identify a position of the scanner within bounds equal to or less than a maximum scanning path. The scanner is swingable between a scanning position overlying a bar code and an upright non-use position displaced from the bar code scanning surface. A bar code of extended length can be precisely verified as well as a shorter bar code by the bar code reader.
