    摘要: A drive mechanism and an imaging device according to the present invention each include: an ultrasonic linear actuator 4 provided with a rod 42 that moves reciprocally in response to expansion/contraction of a piezoelectric element 41 and a first group unit 2 serving as an example of a moving body that engages with the rod 42 with a prescribed frictional force. The moving body (first group unit 2) is provided with a holding member 24, a pressing member 30 or other member that engages with the rod 42 in such a way that fluctuation in the frictional force is suppressed, and drive performance is stabilized. As a consequence, the drive mechanism and the imaging device according to the present invention can suppress fluctuation in the frictional force (gripping force) of the moving body in the ultrasonic linear actuator 4, making it possible to stabilize drive performance.

    摘要: In an image pickup device 1 and a method for manufacturing same according to the present invention, one end of a rod 42 in an ultrasonic linear actuator 4 is supported tiltably by a first supporting section (for example, a front frame 52), and after the position of the ultrasonic linear actuator 4 is adjusted in such a manner that an optical axis of a moving lens group (for example, a first unit 2) which engages with the rod 42 is perpendicular to an element surface of an image pickup element 7, a piezoelectric element 41 which is connected to another end of the rod 42 is fixed by adhesive to a second supporting section (for example, a rear frame 51) which is disposed in the vicinity of the piezoelectric element 41. The adjusting jig according to the present invention includes: a first jig which is used for the positional adjustment and abuts against a reference surface of the image pickup element 7; a second jig which abuts against a reference surface of a holding member which holds the moving lens group, the reference surface being perpendicular to the optical axis of the moving lens group; and an adhesive filling unit for ejecting adhesive. According to this composition, it is possible to improve the tilt accuracy of the moving lens group independently of the component accuracy, as well as being able to achieve height reduction.

The movable body has a main element, a pinch member that is assembled on the main element so as to pinch and hold the support member, and a biasing member that biases the pinch member toward the support member. A part of the pinch member abuts on the support member and other part thereof is held on the main element in a cross section perpendicular to a movement direction of the movable body when the pinch member is biased by the biasing member.

    摘要: A dimension between ends of a magnet is set to be larger than a moving distance of a lens of a photographing optical system. The magnet is arranged such that a direction of connecting magnetic poles (S-pole and N-pole) is substantially parallel to an optical axis direction of the lens. A Hall sensor is disposed in the center of a movable range of the lens along the optical axis direction. The magnet is mounted in a lens frame such that the center of the magnet faces the Hall sensor. Lens positions and outputs of the Hall sensor can be in one-to-one correspondence with each other within the movable range of the lens. The position detecting device and the electronic apparatus are miniaturized and produced at reduced costs.
