摘要： Exhaust passage control valve 10 may comprise housing 30, valve member 20, and helical torsion spring 40. Housing 30 has an exhaust passage. Exhaust gas from an internal combustion engine flows through the exhaust passage of the housing 30. Valve member 20 opens and closes the exhaust passage of the housing. Helical torsion spring 40 may be disposed at the opposite side of the valve member from the housing side thereof. Helical torsion spring 40 comprises a coil part wherein spring wires have been wound in a coil shape, and arms formed at both ends of the coil part. The coil part may be disposed at approximately the center of the valve member. When the arms bend with respect to the coil part, the counter-force of this bending energizes the valve member towards a closing side. The spring mounting member may be arranged and constructed to adjust a position in which the spring mounting member is mounted on the housing such that a rotation angle of the arms can be changed.

摘要： A liquid-crystal multi-color display panel structure comprising a transparent substrate, pixel electrodes disposed on the substrate to form a matrix having columns each in a first direction and rows each in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, the pixel electrodes consisting of those of first, second and third types respectively for displaying in first, second and third preselected colors, the pixel electrodes of each of row being each one and a half pitch distance offset from the pixel electrodes of the adjacent row, signal lines disposed between adjacent two columns of the matrix and extending in the first direction, scanning lines disposed in every other intervals between adjacent two rows of the matrix and extending in the second direction, switching transistors each having a first terminal connected to one of the pixel electrodes, a second terminal connected to one of the signal lines, a third terminal connected to one of the scanning lines to control the conductivity between the first and second terminals, the third terminals of the transistors associated with the pixel electrodes of adjacent two rows of the matrix on both sides of the scanning lines being connected to the scanning line between the adjacent two rows, whereby one of the pixel electrodes of the first type in one of the adjacent two rows and each of the pixel electrodes of the second and third types in the other of the adjacent two rows form a generally triangular triad of color display pixels.

摘要： A thin-film transistor array used for a liquid crystal display device uses a plurality of transistor structures as switches between a video signal line and a pixel electrode which is controlled with a control signal applied through a scanning line, each of transistor structures having a plurality of thin-film transistors connected in series and parallel and having gates commonly connected to the same scanning line. An example of each transistor structure has four thin-film transistors and has a parallel connection of two sets of series connections of two thin-film transistors or a series connection of two sets of parallel connections of two thin-film transistors.
