摘要: An electromagnetic actuator includes a fixed core supported by a bottom wall of a housing, a movable core arranged opposite to the fixed core via an air gap to drive the movable member, and coil assembly supported by the housing to surround both the cores, wherein the movable member and the movable core are connected by connecting means for adjusting the air gap between the fixed core and the movable core, and wherein an adjustment operating hole through which the connecting means is adjusted is provided on the fixed core so as to be opened outside the bottom wall of the housing. Thus, it is possible to freely adjust the air gap between the fixed core and the movable core without preparing several types of connecting members.

摘要: A solenoid-operated valve for use with fuel cells has a valve housing made of aluminum, for example and having first through third heating medium passages defined therein. A valve seat disposed in and fastened to the valve housing is made of stainless steel, for example. A valve head has a disk which can be seated on and unseated off a valve seat member of a valve seat. The valve head is coupled by threaded surfaces to the distal end of a movable member which is displaceable when a solenoid is energized. The movable member is made of a magnetic metallic material, and the valve head is made of a corrosion-resistant metallic material such as stainless steel or the like, for example.

摘要: A drivig rotary shaft and a follower rotary shaft are rotatably carried in a housing of a rotary solenoid. Operating members fixed to the rotary shafts by clips are operatively connected to each other by gears, and a locked member is locked non-movably by locking surfaces formed at tip ends of the operating members. This makes it unnecessary to provide a device for converting a rectilinear motion to a rotational motion such as a pin and an elongated bore in a path of transmission of a driving force from the rotary solenoid to the operating members. Therefore, not only the number of parts and the number of assembling steps are reduced, but also the number of slide areas, where a friction resistance and looseness are liable to be produced, is reduced, thereby enabling a noiseless smooth operation.

摘要: A valve housing has a bottomed hollow cylindrical main body and a boss projecting from and smaller in diameter than the main body. The main body has a tapered surface circumferentially along a joint where a side wall and a bottom wall of the main body are joined to each other. A plurality of inlet ports are defined in the tapered surface. The boss has an outlet port for discharging a fluid introduced into the main body. When a valve head coupled to the movable member is displaced and a seating ridge of a resilient member mounted on the valve head is seated on a valve seat surface, the inlet ports and the outlet port are brought out of fluid communication with each other.

摘要: A diaphragm is clamped between a solenoid unit disposed in a casing and a second valve body in which hydrogen is introduced. A filter comprising a bottomed cylindrical mesh member is mounted in a first passage defined in the first valve body. A restriction having an orifice for restricting the flow rate of hydrogen supplied to first and second communication chambers is mounted in a first port that is disposed upstream of the filter. The restriction and the filter are disposed coaxially in line with each other.
