摘要: The present invention provides a means in which contact between contacts in a “double-break (or double-make) contact structure” occurs in two places in the same state as much as possible. A contact structure includes two fixed members (110,112) each of which has a fixed contact (116,118) and a movable member (102) containing a movable contact (106) which contacts or separates from the fixed contact of each of the fixed members. The movable member is in the form of a strip as a whole, its one end is supported so as to allow the above mentioned contact and separation of the movable member, and the other end of the movable member has the movable contact, and the movable member has a narrowed section between its two ends.

摘要: Quantizing means generates a quantized density and a quantization error component for a target pixel in a plurality of pixels. A subtracter calculates, for the target pixel, a quantization error correction component by subtracting the density of the target pixel contained in preliminary ejection data from the quantization error component output from the quantizing means. An allocator allocates the quantization error correction component calculated by the subtracter to a plurality of the pixels around the target pixel. The quantizing means outputs the quantized density and the quantization error component of the target pixel by performing an addition using the density of the target pixel contained in the image data, the density of the target pixel contained in the preliminary ejection data, and the accumulated diffused error component assigned to the target pixel by the allocator when other pixels are quantized.

摘要: A holding member includes a flared tubular body and collectively holds a plurality of unused optical fibers provided with optical connectors within an optical distribution frame. The tubular body has a rectangular cross section and includes an elongated rectangular lower opening and an upper opening wider than the lower opening. A part of sidewalls of the tubular body is formed to serve as an openable cover. The cover is first opened; the optical fibers provided with the optical connectors are accommodated in the tubular body; and then the cover is closed.

摘要: A liquid ejecting apparatus may have a head with a plurality of head units. Each head unit may include a driver IC. An ejection timing signal (FIRE) may be transmitted from a control device to each of the driver ICs through an ejection timing signal line, which may be connected to the control device as a single line and split on its way to the driver ICs. The control device may further output delay information indicating a delay amount for the FIRE signal to the driver ICs through a control signal line through which a waveform pattern selection signal (SIN) is also transmitted. Each of the driver ICs may include a delay circuit that delays the FIRE signal by the delay amount indicated by the delay information.

摘要: A calculator calculates a total value of tone values of all pixels in each aggregation by allocating each pixel of M-valued image data to one aggregation. Each block is either one of ejection-port groups including ejection ports having a common liquid channel serving as a liquid supply source or one of divided ejection-port groups. Each aggregation includes pixels of the M-valued image data corresponding to dots formed on a medium when liquid is ejected from ejection ports in one block during one L ejection period. Each L ejection period is obtained by dividing, by a plural number, a number of ejection cycles required to record an image on one recording medium. A tone-value reducer reduces tone values of at least part of pixels in an adjustment-requiring aggregation so that the total value becomes less than a threshold. A transmitter transmits the adjusted M-valued image data to a liquid ejecting device.

摘要: An image recording apparatus, including: a first head for ejecting first liquid for recording; a second head for ejecting second liquid; and a controller. The controller selects, based on the image data, one of waveforms for ejecting the first liquid for each pixel and supplies, to the first-liquid ejection head, a drive signal based on the selected waveform. The controller selects, based on the image data, one of the of waveforms for ejecting the second liquid for each pixel and supplies, to the second-liquid ejection head, a drive signal based on the selected waveform. The controller determines whether recording of a test pattern using the second liquid is required, and when the recording of the test pattern using the second liquid is required, selects the waveform such that the first liquid is not ejected.
