摘要： The information processing apparatus for project management comprises: a function of displaying on a screen a task area 12 where a symbol 123 representing a document relating to a task constituting a project is displayed; and a function of performing document work according to an operation instruction for the symbol 125 representing the document displayed in the task area 12. The task area 12 has a work area 121 which displays a symbol 123 representing the document, and an output area 122. When a symbol 126 representing a document is moved within the output area 122, the output area 122 displays a symbol representing the document in a task area of another associated task constituting the project.

摘要： A computer readable storage medium encoded with a project assessment program for assessing a project including a plurality of processes when executed by a computer computing forecasts of the project based on a set of information. At least one scheme by a user input is selected from a group of schemes including an estimation of mutual-correlation of estimated value pattern. Process planning information, up-to-date actual process information and forecast model information of each process included in the project is retrieved. The forecast model information of each process of the project is defined as probability distribution variations of a plurality of parameters of the processes, wherein the probability distribution variations are quantitative values of the project. Estimated values of variations in at least two parameters of the processes using the process planning information, the up-to-date actual process information and the forecast model information are computed.

摘要： When the process plan made for execution is corrected based on the process correction condition, the variation amount in each of processes based on the process correction condition is calculated as the probability distribution using the probability distribution data generated by obtaining the probability distribution from the variation-amount prediction value of each of the processes. Thereby, the influence degree on other processes when the process is corrected can be estimated not simply as the propagation of the variation fixed value but so as to be more suited to the actual circumstances in accordance with the attribute information and the past variation patterns of the process.

摘要： Simulation for evaluating approval/rejection of an action plan of the type in which work breakdown struction is changed by influences of external risk factors is achieved. A simulation apparatus includes a plan/risk input portion for accepting input of action plan data and risk scenario data, a plan/risk simulation portion for conducting simulation of an action plan by using the action plan data and the risk scenario data so accepted, and a plan evaluation output portion for evaluating a simulation result. The plan/risk simulation portion simulates occurrence of a risk phenomenon by using the risk scenario data, determines influence information given by the risk phenomenon to the action plan when the risk phenomenon is simulated as occurring and conducts simulation of the action plan by reflecting the influences of the risk scenario on the action plan by using the influence information so determined.
