    摘要: There is disclosed an electronic device comprising a plate-shaped electronic element having electrode films. The electronic element is elastically supported by spring members in an electrically insulating case so as to be respectively in contact with the electrode films. Each spring member includes supporting plates opposing to the electrode films and spring pieces for being respectively in contact with the electrode films at contact points thereof. Each spring piece is formed integrally with the supporting plate so as to be extended with a curvature toward the electrode film from one end of the supporting plate in the longitudinal direction thereof to the contact point, to be folded by a predetermined angle at the contact point, and to be further extended toward the supporting plate from the contact point without contact with the supporting plate. Further, each spring piece has a predetermined thickness and a predetermined width so as to be cut when a current flowing in the spring pieces through the electronic element becomes larger than a predetermined threshold current in an abnormal state of the electronic element.

An upper terminal is protected from being detached by a reaction force acting against pressing at the time of press-mounting the PTC thermistor element onto a surface of a substrate. A vertical-leg portion of the lower terminal is placed inside the thermistor element body in the radial direction from the outer edge of the thermistor element body. Preferably, the vertical-leg portion of the lower terminal is placed in the vicinity of the center of the thermistor element body.

    摘要: In one example of a demagnetization (degaussing) circuit, main electrodes of a TRIAC, a first positive temperature characteristic thermistor and a demagnetization coil are connected in series to both ends of an AC supply, and a heat-sensitive switch and a heating resistor are connected in series between an end of the TRIAC on the side of the AC supply and an end of the demagnetization coil on the side of the AC supply. A connecting point between the heat-sensitive switch and the heating resistor is connected to a gate electrode of the TRIAC, and the heat-sensitive switch and the heating resistor are thermally coupled to each other. The disclosed demagnetization circuit does not need a secondary electric circuit such as a relay control circuit and allows easy substrate design, with a small number of components and at low cost. Furthermore, a demagnetization current sufficiently damps to the level causing no color misregistration and color unevenness on a screen of a color television receiver, from the time the color television receiver is powered on until the time a picture appears on the screen.
