摘要: An imaging apparatus for use in an electronic endoscope or the like is provided with a mechanically driven light-shielding plate, wherein imaging is effected by using a solid-state imaging device starting from a time when an amount of light shielded by this light-shielding plate becomes minimal, or imaging is effected repeatedly during a short exposure time within a transient period during which the amount of light shielded becomes minimal, and when an signal level of each image reaches a reference level, that signal is stored in a memory.

摘要: This endoscope system comprises an endoscope and a washing apparatus. The endoscope is provided with an elongate insertable part having an observing window and illuminating window in the tip part, an observing system receiving the returning light from an object entering through the observing window, an illuminating light output system emitting an illuminating light from the illuminating window and a memorizing device capable of memorizing information relating to washing. The washing apparatus is provided with a read-out device reading out information memorized in the memorizing device of the endoscope and a control device controlling the conditions of washing the endoscope by the information read out by the read-out device.

摘要: A video scope system including a video scope in which a solid state image sensor is disposed in a distal end of an insertion to be inserted into an object under inspection and picks up an image of the inside of the object under inspection illuminated by a light fed by a light guide extending in the insertion section, a light source unit having a light source feeding a light into the light guide, and a video processor unit processing a signal supplied from the solid state image sensor to output a picture signal to be displayed on a monitor. The light source unit and the video processor unit are disposed in separate housings, respectively, and these units are connected to each other by a cable to transmit a signal therebetween.

摘要: This rigid electronic endoscope has an endoscope having an elongate insertable part connected to the front part of an operating part which is also a holding part on the base side and formed of a solid state imaging device which can output an electric signal by electrically converting an object image in this insertable part and a conductive shielding member sheathing this insertable part. The electric signal obtained by this endoscope is input into a signal processing circuit. The ground terminal of this signal processing circuit is electrically connected to the above mentioned shielding member and is isolated from a ground terminal on the external current source side.

摘要: An endoscope comprises an elongated inserting section having an illumination window and an observation window at a distal end portion thereof, an imaging device for forming an optical image of an object upon receiving light reflected from the object radiated through the observation window, and an ultrasonic probe disposed at the distal end portion of the inserting section and adapted to obtain an ultrasonic image of the object. A signal processing apparatus to which the endoscope is connected comprises: an optical-image signal processing device adapted to effect signal processing for the imaging device and to generate a video signal of the optical image and having an optical image memory device for storing the optical image, an ultrasonic-image signal processing device adapted to effect signal processing for the ultrasonic probe and to generate a video signal of the ultrasonic image and having an ultrasonic image memory device for storing the ultrasonic image, and a memory device control device which is adapted to control writing and reading by the optical image memory device and the ultrasonic image memory device, and which, when a moving ultrasonic image is viewed, makes it possible to display a still optical image, and, when a moving optical image is viewed, makes it possible to display a still ultrasonic image.

摘要: A method of transmitting images in a subject to an outside of the subject using a wireless signal is provided. The method including: (a) transmitting to the outside of the subject a first signal corresponding to a first image obtained using a first imaging device, by timing on a first illumination device for illuminating the subject to capture the first image of the subject; (b) transmitting to the outside of the subject a second signal corresponding to a second image obtained using a second imaging device, by turning on a second illumination device for illuminating the subject to capture the second image of the subject; and (c) repeating (a) and (b), where at least initiation of the transmitting the first signal and initiation of the transmitting the second signals is alternately performed and the first and second illumination devices are alternately turned on coincidentally with transmission periods of the first and second signals, respectively.
