    摘要: An apparatus includes a device interface system having a first connector and second connector, each with a respective optical signal path arrangement operatively aligned when the two connectors are in a connected position. The operative alignment allows a base optical signal to be transmitted from the first connector to the second connector. An optical signal modification arrangement is included in the second connector and is operable to provide a predefined modification to the base optical signal to result in an optical ID signal that is transmitted back to the first connector. An identification processing unit associated with the first connector receives an ID input signal corresponding to the optical ID signal and produces an identification output responsive to the ID input signal.

    摘要: A video processor includes an identification section configured to identify a kind of an endoscope, an electronic zoom processing section configured to magnify by a first magnification factor and a second magnification factor larger than the first magnification factor, and a mode setting section configured to set to a first mode of enabling selection of a first processing pattern, and a second processing pattern, when connection of a super-wide angle endoscope is identified, and set to a second mode enabling selection of the second processing pattern when connection of a single visual field endoscope is identified, wherein when the mode setting section performs electronic zoom processing by the second magnification factor in the first mode, the electronic zoom processing section cuts out an image so that only the optical image of the forward visual field is displayed and magnifies the image with the second magnification factor.

    摘要: A medical manipulator system including an endoscope; a manipulator, the manipulator comprising a through-hole configured to hold the endoscope, wherein the manipulator is configured to move the endoscope; an operating unit configured to output an operating command; and a controller comprising one or more processors, the one or more processors configured to: acquire an image of the endoscope in a first configuration, the first configuration being a configuration of the endoscope at least partially inserted into the through-hole, the image comprising an inner surface of the through-hole; recognize a type of the endoscope based on the image; assign the endoscope to a recognized type of endoscope; receive an operating command from the operating unit; change the operating command based on the recognized type of endoscope to a changed operating command; and control the manipulator under the changed operating command.
