摘要: To provide a small-sized and low-cost proportional solenoid valve which is capable of controlling a bidirectional fluid flow. A core is fixed in a pipe, and a hollow shaft having an extreme end thereof closed by a valve seat and a portion adjacent thereto formed with valve holes is fixed in the core. Within the pipe, there are arranged a hollow cylindrical valve element axially movable using the shaft as a guide and urged in a direction away from the core by a spring, for opening and closing the valve holes, and a plunger, while outside the pipe, there is arranged a solenoid coil. The proportional solenoid valve has a body formed by the pipe, and the component parts for opening and closing the valve are arranged within the pipe, so that it is possible to reduce the size of the proportional solenoid valve, the number of component parts, and machining costs and material costs, which contributes to reduction of costs of the valve. Further, since the operation of the hollow cylindrical valve element for opening and closing the valve holes is not adversely affected by the direction of the fluid flow, it is possible to control a bidirectional flow of fluid.

摘要: A differential pressure valve simplified in construction includes a piston integrally formed with a main valve element and arranged on the upstream side of a main valve to define a chamber for introducing refrigerant from an inlet port. The piston has an orifice and a refrigerant passage for communicating with a chamber on a back surface side of the piston. The chamber is configured such that it can be connected, via a refrigerant passage and a pilot valve element, to a chamber on the downstream side of the main valve, which communicates with an outlet port.

摘要: The object of the present invention is to provide a solenoid control valve simple in construction and low in cost, realized by reducing the number of component parts, eliminating screw-joined portions, and minimizing the use of rubber O rings. A valve hole of a pilot valve, a hole of a bearing for supporting one end of a shaft of a solenoid, and a fitting hole in which is fitted one end of a sleeve, are formed along the same axis in a body. This makes it possible to accurately establish the concentricity of movable components of the solenoid when the sleeve is fitted in the fitting hole, and hence, a pilot valve element can be integrally formed with the shaft. Set values for a main valve and the pilot valve are adjusted by adjusting the amounts of insertions of a press-fit member and a bearing by press-fitting. At the same time, a space below a piston and an end of a hole through a core are closed by the press-fit members and the solenoid and the body are joined to each other by caulking a yoke to thereby eliminate screw portions, and minimize rubber sealed portions.

摘要: A supercooling degree control type expansion valve which is capable of preventing seizure of a compressor when the compressor is at a low load condition. A valve seat is integrally formed with a body, in a refrigerant passage through which refrigerant flows via a strainer, and a valve element arranged in a manner opposed to the valve seat and urged by a spring from the downstream side of the refrigerant passage so as to be seated onto the valve seat, whereby a differential pressure regulating valve is constructed. A spring-receiving member is fitted in a downstream end of the body, and the spring-receiving member is formed with a restriction passage. The valve element has an oil passage formed therethrough, and even when the differential pressure regulating valve is closed during low load operation of the compressor, it is possible to cause the refrigerant to flow at the minimum flow rate required via the oil passage. This makes it possible to return oil contained in the refrigerant to the compressor, whereby the seizure of the compressor can be prevented.

摘要: A joint member capable of easily and firmly joining a wiper arm of various types (mainly the U-hook type) to a wiper blade main-body at low cost. The joint member 20 includes a fitting member 21 which a U-hook portion 11 of a wiper arm 10 fits to, a fixing member 22 which holds the hook portion 11 between the fixing member and the fitting member 21, and a flexible connecting portion 23 which connects a rear end 21B of the fitting member 21 and a rear end 22B of the fixing member 22 together. The fitting member 21 is rotatably mounted on a mounting pin 9 of a wiper blade main-body 1 and the angles of the wiper arm 10 and the wiper blade can be changed appropriately during mounting work. The U-hook portion 11 is held between a front transverse plate 41 of the fixing member 21 and a front end 21A of the fitting member 21. Both side plates 42 and 43 of the fixing member 21 abut against side portions 2B and 2C of the wiper blade main-body 1 so that a vibration between the wiper arm 10 and the wiper blade is prevented.

摘要: A connector 20 for securing a wiper blade to a wiper arm includes a base member 21 including a forward upper portion 32 and a rearward upper portion 33; a locking member 22 for holding either a U-hook portion 12 or a side pin 11 mounted to the base member 21; and a flexible connecting member 23 connecting the locking member 22 to the base member 21. To attach the connector 20 to the side pin 11, the connector 20 is rotated toward the side pin 11 from the opposite side of the side pin 11 so that the side pin 11 fits into the recess 33A of the rearward upper portion 33. The side pin 11 also fit into the recesses 47 and 48 of the locking member 22 so that the side pin 11 is held between the base member 21 and the locking member 22. The connector 20 enables the firm securing of the wiper blade to the wiper arm so as to restrict vibrations between the wiper blade and the wiper arm. The wear-out of the connector 20 is also decreased.

摘要: A cleaning apparatus enables a workpiece to be rotated at a high speed over a long period, enables the outer and inner circumferences of the workpiece to be cleaned by a simple structure without provision of a special mechanism, and enables avoidance of formation of scratches in the radial direction of the workpiece. Chuck members 1-1 to 1-3 for chucking the outer periphery of a magnetic disk W are driven to rotate by a brush rotation mechanism 4 and are made to rock back and forth in the radial direction of the magnetic disk W by a rocking portion 6 of the brush rotation mechanism 4. Specifically, the rollers 12 of the chuck members 1-1 to 1-3 are formed by polyurethane foam and a plurality of circumferential grooves 14 are formed in the surface of the rollers 12. The rod-shaped brushes 3-1 and 3-2 are formed by attaching sponges 32 having a large number of bumps 30 to the front ends of shafts 31. The rocking portion 6 makes the sponges 32 rock back and forth so that the bumps 30 at the front end swing out to the inner circumference side of the magnetic disk W and the bumps 30 at the rear end swing out to the outer circumference side of the magnetic disk W.
