    摘要: A composite valve has a communication path communicating a first valve chamber with a second valve chamber, a second valve port communicating the second valve chamber with an outflow port, and a pilot passage communicating a back pressure chamber with the outflow port. In the case that a lift amount of a second valve body for a small flow rate control is equal to or less than a predetermined amount, the pilot passage is closed by a pilot valve body, and a first valve port is closed by a first valve body, thereby taking a small flow rate control state. In the case that the lift amount of the second valve body goes beyond the predetermined amount, the pilot valve body is moved up in conjunction with the upward movement of a valve shaft so as to open the pilot passage, thereby taking a large flow rate control state.

    摘要: To reduce the degree of influence of differential pressure on a pilot valve of a constant flow rate expansion valve. The constant flow rate expansion valve comprises a restriction passage for restricting the flow rate of refrigerant introduced from a refrigerant inlet port, a main valve for controlling the flow rate of refrigerant having flowed out from the restriction passage for discharging the refrigerant to a refrigerant outlet port, a piston for actuating the main valve in the valve-opening/closing direction by the differential pressure between intermediate pressure on the inlet port side of the main valve and pressure in a pressure chamber formed on the opposite side of the main valve, and a pilot valve for sensing the differential pressure proportional to the flow rate of refrigerant flowing through the restriction passage, thereby controlling the pressure in the pressure chamber set by a solenoid. In parallel with the main valve are arranged the pilot valve, the pressure chamber, and a fixed orifice in series in the direction of flow of refrigerant. This makes it possible to apply only the same level of differential pressure as that of small differential pressure applied to opposite end faces of the piston to the pilot valve, thereby making it possible to lessen the degree of influence of differential pressure on the pilot valve.

    摘要: An expansion valve 1 integrated with a solenoid valve includes a valve body 10 and a valve chamber 20 formed inside the valve body 10 to which a high-pressure refrigerant is introduced. A valve member 30 forms a throttle flow path between a valve seat 40, and controls the amount of refrigerant flowing therethrough. The valve body 30 is operated by the movement of a stopper member 80 of a power element 60 via an actuating rod 100. The high-pressure refrigerant acts on a surface 80a of the stopper member 80 opposite to a diaphragm 70 via a pressure equalizing passage 12, a connecting chamber 22 of a solenoid valve 200, and a pressure equalizing passage 14. The stopper member 80 is sealed between the guide member 90, so that the high-pressure refrigerant does not act directly on the diaphragm.

    摘要: The object of the present invention is to provide a solenoid control valve simple in construction and low in cost, realized by reducing the number of component parts, eliminating screw-joined portions, and minimizing the use of rubber O rings. A valve hole of a pilot valve, a hole of a bearing for supporting one end of a shaft of a solenoid, and a fitting hole in which is fitted one end of a sleeve, are formed along the same axis in a body. This makes it possible to accurately establish the concentricity of movable components of the solenoid when the sleeve is fitted in the fitting hole, and hence, a pilot valve element can be integrally formed with the shaft. Set values for a main valve and the pilot valve are adjusted by adjusting the amounts of insertions of a press-fit member and a bearing by press-fitting. At the same time, a space below a piston and an end of a hole through a core are closed by the press-fit members and the solenoid and the body are joined to each other by caulking a yoke to thereby eliminate screw portions, and minimize rubber sealed portions.
