Abstract: A plurality of workpieces include a plurality of first workpieces of a first workpiece group to be loaded onto a first loaded member according to a first loading sequence and a plurality of second workpieces of a second workpiece group to be loaded onto a second loaded member according to a second loading sequence. On a conveying device, workpieces are arranged at ransom with respect to respective arrangement sequences of the first workpiece group and the second workpiece group and the classifications of the first workpiece group and the second workpiece group. On a conveying device, workpieces of the first workpiece group are sequentially arranged based on the first loading sequence and workpieces of the second workpiece group are sequentially arranged based on the second loading sequence. At the same time, the workpieces of the first workpiece group and the second workpiece group are arranged together.

Abstract: An indicator related to work performed through a plurality of hierarchical processes is predicted efficiently with high accuracy. The information processing device stores sample data in association with each parameter representing work, the sample data including an indicator generated by execution of lower-level simulation based on a lower-level model set for a lower-level process, and the information processing device predicts an indicator related to predicted work by performing higher-level simulation using the sample data associated with a parameter similar to a parameter representing the predicted work, the higher-level simulation being based on a higher-level model which is set for a higher-level process. If sample data associated with a parameter similar to the parameter representing the predicted work is not stored, the information processing device complements sample data by performing lower-level simulation and performs higher-level simulation using the complemented sample data.

Abstract: An object of the invention is to efficiently and automatically generate a simulation model used for verification from 3D CAD information. In order to solve the above problem, the invention provides a simulation model generation device configured to identify a connection relation between part elements constituting the device. The simulation model generation device includes: a contact surface number determination unit configured to determine the number of contact surfaces between the part elements using structural model data in the device; a shared rotation axis determination unit configured to determine, using the structural model data, presence or absence of a shared rotation axis between the part elements; and a connection relation identification unit configured to identify a connection relation between the part elements indicating any one of non-contact, fixation, slide, and rotation according to the number of the contact surfaces and the presence or absence of a shared rotation axis.

Abstract: An operation risk evaluation system includes: a model storage unit configured to store a surrogate model that is a learned model of a relationship between an input that is a first feature amount of the operation and an output that is a second feature amount of the operation calculated by a predetermined simulation of one of the steps, the learned model being configured to surrogate for the predetermined simulation in which an output corresponding to an input having the same value has indeterminity different for each input; a prediction unit configured to predict a plurality of the second feature amounts having indeterminity corresponding to the first feature amount having the same value in the step; and a risk evaluation unit configured to evaluate a risk of the operation in the step based on the plurality of second feature amounts having indeterminity predicted by the prediction unit.

Abstract: To arrange an entire peripheral image in the virtual three-dimensional space in an easy-to-grasp manner, it is provided an image generation device, which is configured to generate an image to be displayed on a display device, the image generation device comprising: a processor configured to execute a program; and a memory configured to store the program, wherein the processor is configured to: arrange a three-dimensional model of an object existing in a real space in a virtual three-dimensional space; arrange at least one tube-shaped virtual screen including a predetermined photographing position in the virtual three-dimensional space; execute arithmetic processing of mapping an entire peripheral image captured at the predetermined photographing position to the at least one tube-shaped virtual screen; and generate image data for displaying, in a panoramic view, the virtual three-dimensional space in which the three-dimensional model and the at least one tube-shaped virtual screen are arranged.
