    Abstract: As a plurality of resource types relating to production, there are two or more resource types including Money from among resource types of Man, Machine, Material, and Money. Execcution past record information indicates, for each of one or more resource types other than Money and for each resource belonging to the resource type, a step performed on the resource and an execution time block of the step. Expense information indicates, for at least one of the above-mentioned one or more resource types and for each resource belonging to the resource type, an expense relating to the resource. The system displays a cost chart based on the result of the cost calculation process. The cost chart shows costs in management unit same as or different from those of the steps, and has a time axis and a management unit axis (axis perpendicular to the time axis).

    Abstract: Regardless of the production method applied, it is possible for a user to estimate a factor that causes trouble in one of the resources belonging to a resource type. A supporting system refers to management information indicating a production past record of the production system, and displays an overlay chart in which a diagram chart is relatively superimposed on a Gantt chart. The Gantt chart is a chart for a first resource type and has a resource axis and a time axis. The diagram chart is for a second resource type. In the overlay chart, a polygonal line connecting a plurality of points corresponding to a second resource, belonging to the second resource type, is on the Gantt chart, and each point is plotted at a position corresponding to an execution time of a step and a first resource, belonging to the first resource type, related to the step.

    Abstract: A production management supporting system specifies, for each of one or more times during a display target period and on a per inter-step and/or intra-step range basis, a retention number as the number of products present at the time on the basis of past record information, for each product loaded in a production line, an execution time of each of the steps and that serves as a basis for a diagram chart showing a production situation. The system determines whether or not one or more retention situations satisfies a predetermined requirement and performs, when there is the satisfying retention situation, accentuated display of a target portion that is a portion, of the diagram chart, which corresponds to an inter-step range and/or an intra-step range in which the satisfying retention situation has occurred and to a period having the satisfying retention situation.
