    摘要: According to an image data correction conversion circuit and a skew quantity correction method respectively according to the present invention, image data for predetermined lines is stored, the quantity of skew of the stored image data is measured, the number of blocks into which the image data is divided is operated based upon the quantity of the skew and a control signal for correcting and converting the image data based upon the operated data is output. A selector acquires image data the quantity of skew of which is corrected by selecting and outputting the stored image data for predetermined lines according to the control signal.

    摘要: An inkjet recording apparatus includes K ejection electrodes and K gate electrodes corresponding to the K ejection electrodes, respectively, which are located at a distance from the K ejection electrodes. The K gate electrodes are divided into M blocks each having N gate electrodes electrically connected in common. A first voltage pulse is applied to a selected one of N groups each formed by electrically connecting an i.sup.th (1.ltoreq.i.ltoreq.N) ejection electrode for each block to each other and a second voltage pulse is applied to a selected one of the M blocks. A voltage difference is generated between a group and a block which are selected from the N groups and the M blocks depending on an input signal, wherein the voltage difference is equal to or greater than a minimum voltage difference which causes ejection of an ejection electrode.

    摘要: An inkjet recording apparatus includes K ejection electrodes, M electrophoresis electrodes corresponding to M blocks into which the K ejection electrodes are divided, respectively, and an electrode opposite to the K ejection electrodes. A first voltage pulse is applied to a selected one of N groups each formed by electrically connecting an i.sup.th (1.ltoreq.i.ltoreq.N) ejection electrode for each block to each other. A second voltage pulse is applied to a selected one of the M electrophoresis electrodes. Ink ejection occurs at a desired ejection electrode specified by the selected group and the selected electrophoresis electrode in the case of a predetermined voltage applied to the electrode opposite to the K ejection electrodes.

    摘要: An electrostatic ink jet recording head has a laminate structure for an electrode assembly disposed in an ink chamber of a head body. The laminate structure includes a first base film, a plurality of patterned recording electrodes, a plurality of patterned control electrodes and a second base film. The recording electrodes and control electrodes are alternately arranged one by one as viewed perpendicular to the laminate. The tips of the recording electrodes are located ahead of the tips of the control electrodes toward the opposite electrode. In operation, the control electrodes located on both sides of a specified recording electrode are applied with a high voltage pulse to eject liquid ink from the meniscus in the vicinity of the specified recording electrode. The ink jet recording head can be manufactured at low costs and with a higher density.
