摘要： The invention relates to various embodiments of a bioanalytical reagent with at least one vesicle, generated from a living cell, comprising at least one receptor, characterized in that a mechanism of signal transduction triggered by said receptor in the cell used for vesicle generation is preserved in said vesicle, as a component of the bioanalytical reagent. The invention further relates to methods for production of the bioanalytical reagent according to the invention, to bioanalytical detection methods based on the application of said reagent, and to the use of said detection method and of the bioanalytical reagent.
