Abstract:
A slingshot for use in shooting a fish line comprises a Y-shaped body having two arms, each of which is provided with a safety pin and an upper tip to which an end of an elastic band is fastened. The elastic band is provided at the midpoint thereof with a leather piece attached firmed, thereto. The Y-shaped body further has a bottom end fastened to a fastener which is in turn fastened to a fishing rod. The bottom end of the Y-shaped body is fastened to the fastener in a manner that the Y-shaped body can be so adjusted as to be placed in a position perpendicular to the fishing rod or in a position in which the Y-shaped body rests on the fishing rod. With the slingshot, an angler is able to hurl out a fish line, along with a fishhook, a sinker and a float, to hit an intended area of the water surface.

A dummy for use as a sham passenger can be fastened to the passenger side of the front seat of a car by means of a safety belt, The dummy can be properly dressed and furnished with a wig. In addition, the dummy is provided with a driving device and a circuit, which are capable of causing the dummy to move in a manner that it appears to be talking to the driver or looking out through the car window located by the passenger side of the front seat. The dummy is used as an effective means to deter an assault made on a lone driver and to give the lone driver a timely sense of security as well as peace of mind.

An apparatus enabling one person to do the arm-wrestling exercise comprises an animated arm, which is made of an appropriate material and is composed of a plurality of iron bars having an appropriate elasticity. The animated arm is fastened to an arm support mount by means of an elongate iron piece and a screw. The arm support mount is fastened by means of a plurality of small quick screws to a triangular seat which is in turn fastened to a desk top by means of a plurality of large quick screws.
Abstract:
A device for massaging a body part comprises a plurality of massaging protuberances of various shapes that are attached securely to the inside of a garment. When a person wearing the massage garment sits on a chair or on a bed or couch, the body of the person presses against the massaging protuberances. The resisting force of pressed protuberances works to stimulate the circulatory system and to make muscles or joint supple, so as to relieve pain and tension of the person wearing the massage garment.
Abstract:
A beverage cup with a straw attached thereto is provided on the inner wall surface thereof with an elongate straw housing of hollow construction and so dimensioned as to receive therein movably a straw. The straw housing has a bottom end distant from the bottom of the beverage cup to permit the bottom end of the straw to be submerged in the beverage. The straw housing has one longitudinal side that is sealed and is cemented to the inner wall surface of the beverage cup, while the straw housing has another longitudinal side that is so open as to permit the straw to be removed therefrom by force and to prevent the straw from escaping from the straw housing.

A dummy passenger is designed to be seated on the passenger side of the front seat of a car. The dummy passenger is provided therein with driving members and circuits, which enable the dummy passenger to simulate a human being so as to give a false appearance that the driver is accompanied by somebody. The head of the dummy passenger is electrically driven to move leftwards and rightwards to give a false appearance that someone, who is seated beside the driver, is talking to the driver. The simulation is made more lively by furnishing the dummy passenger with an appropriate apparel and a wig.

A paper cup comprises a cylindrical body having an open top and a bottom which is provided on the underside thereof with a plurality of waterproof tearing traces radiating from the center of the underside and is further provided centrally on the underside thereof with a handle fastened thereto and a large arrow indicating the direction in which the handle is pulled to bring about a total breakdown of the bottom of the paper cup. The bottom of the cylindrical body is still further provided centrally on the underside thereof with a plurality of small arrows serving to identify the area to be pressed with finger to bring about the tearing up of the bottom along the tearing traces.
Abstract:
A beverage container is provided with a pull ring attached to the outer surface of the cap thereof and with a gas chamber disposed under the inner surface of the cap thereof. The gas chamber has a top lid provided with a whistling hole and a bottom lid provided with a small hole through which the gas produced by the beverage contained in the beverage container enters the gas chamber. As the pull ring of the beverage container is pulled out, the gas contained in the gas chamber is let out via the whistling hole, thereby producing a clear, loud and whistling sound.
