摘要: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and apparatus for controlling bearers of service data flows, including acquiring a service data flow convergence of service data flows, determining whether the service data flow convergence is able to be multiplexed to an established bearer, and carrying the service data flow convergence in a corresponding bearer according to the determined result. The apparatus of the present invention includes a service data flow convergence acquiring module and a service data flow convergence multiplex handling module for implementing the method of the present invention. In accordance with the method and apparatus of the present invention, it is possible to reduce the bearer information amount necessary to be maintained by various network entities and save the storage and handling resources of system.

According to the technical solution of the present invention, when the UE is connected to a serving gateway (SGW) through a serving general packet radio service support node (SGSN), the SGSN and the SGW set up a bearer between the UE and the PGW. Thus, resources of each network entity in a network are fully utilized.

摘要: A method of bearer deletion is provided to improve the universality of the bearer deletion process. The method includes: receiving, by the original intermediate NE, the cancellation type indication parameter sent by the HSS, and deleting the bearer between the serving gateway (S-GW) and a packet data network gateway (P-GW), if the original intermediate network element obtains an attach type according to the cancellation type indication parameter indicating an attach type and a corresponding bearer exists on the original intermediate NE. This method helps efficiently improve the universality of the bearer deletion flow.

摘要: Provided is a method for encoding parameter sets at slice level. The method includes: when there are one or more parameter sets, in which the coding tool parameters are identical to the coding tool parameters of a part of coding tools used for the current slice, in the existing parameter sets, encoding the identifiers of parameter sets into bit-stream of the current slice, wherein a parameter set contains common information of the coding tools used in the process of encoding/decoding slice(s). Correspondingly, also provided is a method for decoding parameter sets at slice level and a device for encoding and decoding parameter sets at slice level, which can make full use of the encoded parameter set information when the slice header refers to a plurality of parameter sets, implement flexible configuration of the coding tools used in the process of encoding/decoding slice(s) and reduce information redundancy.

摘要: A crank circular slider mechanism includes a crankshaft having at least one crank pin; at least one circular slider with an eccentric hole which fits over the crank pin; at least one reciprocating element with a circular slider-receiving hole, which receives the circular slider in a rotatable manner; and at least one dynamic balance rotary block with an eccentric hole that fits over the crank pin. The dynamic balance rotary block and the adjacent circular slider are fixed together. By means of proper selection of a mounting place and a mass of the dynamic balance rotary block, the mechanism can convert reciprocating inertia of the reciprocating element into rotation inertia so as to obtain a balancing effect. An internal combustion engine and a compressor may be equipped with the crank circular slider mechanism.
