    摘要: The invention relates to a power unit, in particular for a hybrid vehicle, including a reciprocating-piston engine and at least one generator drivingly connected to the engine, wherein the engine has at least two pistons guided in at least two cylinders in a tandem arrangement, and two crankshafts, which are connected to the pistons by connection rods that run in opposite directions, and are mechanically coupled in the same phase. The engine includes a hub-hub connection with a first connection joining a first hub to a second hub such that an angular position between the first hub and the second hub is continuously adjustable on installation. The hub-hub connection also has a second connection in the form of a connection disk configured, dimensioned and arranged with support surfaces, on each of which the first hub and the second hub rest. The connection disk has a matrix with hard material elements embedded therein, in particular diamond chips, which are arranged in the support surfaces for frictional engagement of the hubs.

    摘要: A balanced rotary engine for applying torque to a drive shaft. The engine has an outer casing with a main drive case. A cylinder is rotably mounted in the casing and a piston is mounted to move longitudinally within the cylinder. Two connecting arms, each with a connecting end, one of the ends is connected to the piston, and two crankshafts, each one being rotably connected to the other connecting end of the connecting arms. Two drive wheels are contra-rotably connected to the respective first and second crankshafts. A fixed drive ring has a circumferentially disposed drive member surface. The fixed drive ring is mounted in the case so that the drive member surface faces the piston. The two drive wheels mesh with the drive ring.

    摘要: A vibration damping device includes a supporting member rotatable about a rotation center of a rotating element, a restoring-force generating member coupled to the supporting member, and an inertial mass body coupled to the supporting member via the restoring-force generating member. The restoring-force generating member includes two guidable portions disposed with a clearance therebetween in a circumferential direction of the rotating element, and a torque transmission portion between the two guidable portions to transmit torque to and from the supporting member. The inertial mass body includes multiple guide portions for guiding corresponding guidable portions. When the supporting member rotates, the guidable portions transmit a component force of centrifugal force acting on the restoring-force generating member to the inertial mass body via the guide portions so the restoring-force generating member swings relative to the rotation center along a radial direction so that the inertial mass body swings about the rotation center.

At least one bearing member interacts with at least one raceway integral with the support and with at least one raceway integral with the pendulum body. The bearing member rolls along each raceway around an inactive raceway position. The first region is shaped to filter a first order value of the torsional oscillations by the pendulum body when the bearing member rolls along that first region. Two second regions are beyond an end of the first region. Each second region is shaped to filter a second order value of the torsional oscillations by the pendulum body when the bearing member rolls along one of those second regions. The second order value is strictly lower than the first order value.

The Z-twin internal combustion engine comprises horizontally opposed cylinder arrangement that allows for vibration cancellation.
