Abstract: An apparatus includes a receiving module, an obtaining module, an adjustment module, and a sending module, where the receiving module is configured to receive a signal sent by a terminal device; the obtaining module is configured to obtain a signal quality indicator according to the signal received by the receiving module, where the signal quality indicator is used to identify signal quality of a signal sent by the power adjustment apparatus and received by the terminal device; the adjustment module is configured to adjust a transmit power according to the signal quality indicator after the obtaining module obtains the signal quality indicator; and the sending module is configured to send a signal according to the transmit power adjusted by the adjustment module.
