    Abstract: This application provides a data transmission method and apparatus, to determine a TCI-state used for data transmission and correctly receive downlink data, thereby improving data transmission efficiency. The method includes: receiving downlink control information (DCI); and
    if an offset between the DCI and a corresponding physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) is less than a preset threshold, at least one transmission configuration indicator (TCI) states configured for a serving cell of scheduled PDSCH comprises quasi-co-location (QCL-TypeD) information, and at least one TCI codepoint indicates two TCI states, receiving the corresponding PDSCH by using two default TCI-states corresponding to a smallest codepoint among TCI codepoints indicating two different TCI-states.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide example beam failure recovery methods, example devices, and example systems to perform beam failure recovery. In one example method, a terminal device receives configuration information. The terminal device can determine M beam failure detection resource groups and N candidate beam resource groups based on the configuration information, where M and N are positive integers greater than 1. In response to determining that quality of each beam failure detection resource in any of the M beam failure detection resource groups is lower than a first threshold, the terminal device can determine, from a candidate beam resource group that is associated with the beam failure detection resource group and that is in the N candidate beam resource groups, one or more candidate beam resources whose quality is higher than a second threshold, and send first indication information.
