Abstract: An image processing method and a camera are provided to implement that a relative position of an intelligent analysis rule relative to a corresponding reference object can remain unchanged when a camera with a pan tilt zoom (PTZ) function is rotated and/or zooms in/out. The method includes receiving an image operation instruction, where the image operation instruction includes performing at least one of a rotation operation or a zoom operation, performing an operation on an image according to the image operation instruction, where the image is overlaid with a rule which is a tripwire or a geometric region and includes a reference object, and displaying the rule on the image on which the operation has been performed such that a relative position of the rule relative to the reference object remains unchanged before and after the operation.

Abstract: A stream processor is disclosed, the stream processor includes: a first in first out memory FIFO, a calculation unit, and a cache. The FIFO receives current stream information, where the current stream information carries a target stream number and target data; when the FIFO receives a read valid signal, the FIFO sends the target stream number and the target data to the calculation unit, and sends the target stream number to the cache; the cache obtains, based on the target stream number, old data that corresponds to the target stream number, and sends the old data that corresponds to the target stream number to the calculation unit; and the calculation unit performs, based on the target data, calculation on the old data that corresponds to the target stream number to obtain new data, and sends the new data to the cache.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a cache method, the cache method includes: receiving, from the cache core server, information about a Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) flow; determining, according to the information, whether the cache edge server stores content corresponding to the information; sending a migrate-out request to the cache core server based on that the cache edge server stores the content corresponding to the information; receiving a migrate-out response from the cache core server upon the sending of the migrate-out request; performing a TCP connection to user equipment according to the migrate-out response; and reading content corresponding to the connection from storage of the cache edge server according to a byte quantity, sent by the cache core server, of the content, and sending the content to the user equipment.
