摘要: Embodiments of this application provide an information tranmission method, a communications apparatus, and a storage medium. A network device configures, for a terminal device by using higher layer signaling, a frequency domain resource size set that includes some frequency domain resource sizes supported by system bandwidth, so that the network device may allocate, to the terminal device, a frequency domain resource corresponding to a frequency domain resource size in the frequency domain resource size set. An RIV corresponding to the frequency domain resource is used to indicate the frequency domain resource. A quantity of bits occupied by the RIV is positively correlated with a quantity of schemes for the frequency domain resource that can be allocated by the network device to the terminal device.

One example communication method includes generating a synchronization signal block (SSB) by an access network device, where the SSB includes a first physical broadcast channel (PBCH) and a second PBCH. The first PBCH carries time-frequency resource position information of first synchronization information, the second PBCH carries time-frequency resource position information of second synchronization information, and a time-frequency resource position of the first synchronization information is different from a time-frequency resource position of the second synchronization information. The access network device broadcasts the SSB. In embodiments of this application, the SSB may carry PBCHs corresponding to terminal devices of different bandwidth types and/or synchronization information of the terminal devices of different bandwidth types to satisfy processing requirements of the terminal devices of a plurality of bandwidth types.

Control information carried on the m control channels corresponds to a same hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process and is consecutive control information of the HARQ process, control information carried on each of the m control channels includes false alarm indication information, and m is a positive integer greater than or equal to 2.
