Abstract: A video obtaining method, device, and system. The video obtaining method includes obtaining a visual interface from a management server, where the visual interface includes a geographic information system (GIS) map, and a plurality of camera resource points and a monitoring range corresponding to each of the camera resource points are displayed on the GIS map; and detecting a user clicking action, obtaining a coordinate parameter of the user clicking action, and if the coordinate parameter is within a monitoring range, sending the coordinate parameter to the management server, so as to obtain a real-time video of a position corresponding to the coordinate parameter.
