    Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose an encoding and decoding method including: Each of multiple viewpoint bitstreams includes a first type bitstream and a second type bitstream; when a first image frame in a first type bitstream of a first viewpoint bitstream is played, receiving a switching request that indicates to play a second viewpoint bitstream; determining a first random access frame that is in a first type bitstream and/or a second type bitstream of the second viewpoint bitstream and whose play moment is after and closest to the first image frame; decoding to obtain the first random access frame based on encoded data of the first random access frame in the second viewpoint bitstream, and decoding to obtain and play an image frame that is in the first type bitstream of the second viewpoint bitstream by using the first random access frame as a reference frame.

    Abstract: A switch-mode power supply includes a first switch circuit, at least one second switch circuit, a switch control circuit, a first inductor switching circuit, a coupled inductor, a voltage input end, and a voltage output end. The coupled inductor in the switch-mode power supply may be connected to the first switch circuit, to implement signal transmission between the coupled inductor and the first switch circuit. Signal transmission between the coupled inductor and the second switch circuit may be implemented under control of the first inductor switching circuit. Alternatively, the signal transmission between the coupled inductor and the second switch circuit may be disconnected under the control of the first inductor switching circuit.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for synchronous playback by multiple smart devices, and an apparatus. A first device acquires frame synchronization information at intervals of a preset time, and sends the frame synchronization information to one or more second devices, where the frame synchronization information is frame information of a frame to be played by the first device or frame information of a frame that the first device starts to play currently; and after learning the frame synchronization information sent by the first device, the second device adjusts frame resources played by itself. Because the multiple smart devices that perform synchronous playback are generally in one local area network, a transmission delay of frame information from the first device to the second device can be ignored, thereby improving a synchronization effect among the multiple smart devices.

    Abstract: Embodiments can provide a service orchestration method and apparatus, and a server. In the service orchestration method, a service flowchart can be obtained. The service flowchart may include a plurality of operation model identifiers and a logical connection relationship among the plurality of operation model identifiers. The logical connection relationship may be an execution sequence in the service flowchart. In this method, a scheduling parameter corresponding to each operation model identifier can be obtained. When the scheduling parameter indicates a live network resource for executing the service flowchart, a live network status can be obtained by using a control plane. Based on the obtained live network status, whether the live network resource can be obtained can be verified. When the verification succeeds, based on the logical connection relationship and the scheduling parameter that corresponds to each operation model identifier, executable code for executing the service flowchart can be generated.
