Abstract: This application provides a handover method and an apparatus. The method includes: A first communication apparatus sends a first handover request message to a second communication apparatus, where the first handover request message is used to request to hand over from the first communication apparatus to a target communication apparatus, and the first handover request message includes execution information of a computing instance; and the first communication apparatus receives a first handover acknowledgment message determined based on the execution information of the computing instance, and sends first configuration information to a terminal based on the first handover acknowledgment message, so that the terminal hands over from the first communication apparatus to the target communication apparatus based on the first configuration information. The execution information of the computing instance is used in a handover process to ensure continuity of a computing task during a handover.

A sending method includes: receiving, by a terminal device, control information sent by a network device, where the control information is used to indicate the terminal device to send first data on a first resource: and when the first resource and a second resource to be used by the terminal device to send second data overlap in a first time domain range in time domain, stopping sending, by the terminal device on the first resource, the first data in the first time domain range, where a frequency domain range corresponding to the first resource belongs to a first carrier, and a frequency domain range corresponding to the second resource belongs to a second carrier. According to the foregoing technical solution, uplink data sending of the terminal device that does not support simultaneous data sending on resources of different carriers is effectively supported, and this helps avoid a conflict in the uplink data sending.

Abstract: This application provides a biological sequence data processing method including selecting a target base from bases in a biological sequence fastq file according to characteristic information of each base. A base patch file is generated by using characteristic information of the target base. Lossless compression is performed on the biological sequence fastq file to obtain a compressed fastq file, and lossless compression is performed on the base patch file to obtain a compressed patch file. The compressed patch file and the compressed fastq file are decompressed. In response to determining that characteristic information of the target base in the decompressed compressed patch file is inconsistent with characteristic information of the target base in the decompressed compressed fastq file, the characteristic information of the target base in the decompressed compressed fastq file is modified to the characteristic information of the target base in the decompressed compressed patch file.
