摘要: A capacitor winding for a capacitor has a layer stack that is limited by two end faces in a longitudinal direction and by one or more lateral surfaces that extend transverse to the longitudinal direction. The stack has electrode layers and parting layers proceeding in the longitudinal direction, and has a single-ply sheath of an electrically insulating material that covers the lateral surfaces of the layer stack gap-free and that has a projecting section at an end face. The sheath can be especially advantageously implemented as a heat shrinkable tube or hose that protects the capacitor winding against damage upon insertion into a housing of the capacitor.

摘要: A capacitor module (1) is proposed, in which a first (10A) and a second capacitor (10B) are located, in each instance, in separate, metallically conductive housings (5A, 5B) that are tightly sealed from one another. The two housings are connected with one another by way of a contact surface, wherein an internal electrical circuit comes about. Each housing has at least one first connector (2A, 2B) that is electrically insulated from the housing, in each instance. Because of the direct electrical connection between the two capacitors, a capacitor module according to the invention requires fewer screw connections and thereby can be produced in simpler and more cost-advantageous manner.
