Abstract:
To control printing in a printer image data of an edge region of a printing medium is received, then it is determined if the edge region contains a pixel whose gray level is higher than a predetermined gray level. The image data is updated by lowering gray levels if the edge region contains the pixel whose gray level is higher than the predetermined gray level. Then, a ribbon is heated to transfer dye on the ribbon to the printing medium according to a result of updating the gray levels of the image data.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses a photo kiosk device. The photo kiosk device may include a housing with an extendable arm to provide a photo taking environment, a digital lens provided at one side of the housing to capture a photo image, a user interface provided at one side of the housing to display the captured photo image; and a photo slot provided at one side of the housing to output a finished photo product of the captured photo image, wherein the extendable arm, when extended, is provided with a back light source at a surface thereof to enhance a brightness of the photo taking environment.
Abstract:
While a dye sublimation printer prints data on a sheet, a thermal print unit is heated with a plurality of discrete heat times and a plurality of discrete cooling times. Therefore, under the condition that the thermal print unit accurately prints a target color level, degradation of printing performance caused by continuous heating of the thermal print unit is prevented.
Abstract:
A compression method and a compression system for display frames of QFHD (quad full high definition) resolution are provided and applied to the image encoding/decoding environment of the H.264/AVC image encoding standard of the QFHD resolution and the effective dictionary base compression and de-compression algorithm, the image data compression rate can be tremendously raised at the resolution of 1080 HD (High Definition) content and the average memory data rate is greatly decreased. Hence only a bus with a lower frequency as 57 MHz can be done for the real-time of the resolution of 1080 HD content.
