Abstract: A method switching download, a control method thereof and a control system thereof are provided. The terminal simultaneously connects to the LTE and WIFI networks, and the terminal dynamically detects the WIFI signal strength in a real-time manner and reports it to the Small Cell. When the WIFI signal strength is greater than the threshold value, the Small Cell automatically uses the WIFI network to download the file. When the WIFI signal strength is less than the threshold value, the Small Cell automatically uses the LTE network to download the file.
