    摘要: A method for preparing polymethylene polyphenyl polycarbamate is provided. The method includes dissolving phenylcarbamate in a water-immiscible organic solvent to form a solution A, formulating an aqueous acid catalyst solution to form a solution B, forming a reaction system comprising an organic phase and an aqueous phase by firstly adding a methylating reagent to the solution B and then mixing the solution A and the solution B, wherein the organic phase comprises phenylcarbamate and the aqueous phase comprises the acid catalyst and the methylating reagent. The method further includes reacting the reaction system under stirring at a reaction temperature of 30° C. to 200° C. and a reaction pressure of 0.05 MPa to 5 MPa to produce a polymethylene polyphenyl polycarbamate product mixture dissolved in the organic phase, and separating the polymethylene polyphenyl polycarbamate product mixture by allowing the organic phase and the aqueous phase to stand still and stratify.

    摘要: A method for preparing polymethylene polyphenyl polycarbamate is provided, which is carried out through the condensation of phenylcarbamate with a methylating reagent under the catalyzation of a phase transfer acid catalyst. The method comprises: dissolving phenylcarbamate in a water-immiscible organic solvent to form a solution A; formulating an aqueous acid catalyst solution to fibrin a solution B; forming a reaction system comprising an organic phase and an aqueous phase by firstly adding a methylating reagent to the solution B and then mixing the solution A and the solution B or by adding the methylating reagent at the same time of mixing the solution A and the solution B or after mixing the solution A and the solution B; reacting the reaction system under stirring at a reaction temperature of 30° C. to 200° C. and a reaction pressure of 0.05 MPa to 5 MPa; and separating a polymethylene polyphenyl polycarbamate product mixture by allowing the organic phase and the aqueous phase to stand still and stratify. The method can realize the high selectivity and yield of the product and is easy to separate the product.

    摘要: A chemical looping combustion process for producing heat or steam or both from a hydrocarbon fuel. A metal oxide oxygen carrier is reduced from an initial oxidation state in a first reduction reaction with a hydrocarbon fuel to provide CO2, H2O, heat, and a reduced metal or metal oxide having a first reduced state, the first reduced state lower than the initial oxidation state, and then the reduced metal or metal oxide from the first reduced state is further reduced in a second reduction reaction with additional hydrocarbon fuel to provide CO2, H2O, heat, and a further reduced metal or metal oxide having a second reduced state, the second reduced state lower than the first reduced state. The further reduced metal or metal oxide is oxidized, substantially back to the initial oxidation state with air to produce N2, O2, and heat.

    摘要: The present invention provides a method for the oxidation of Hg0 in coal fired flue gas to form Hg2+ which is absorbed by the scrubber solution in wet-FGD or SDA, or adsorbed by the fly ash and subsequently removed from the flue stack with ESP and FF, and/or any other means as are known in the art for SOx, NOx and particulate removals. The addition of a second flue gas stream having a halogen and fly ash therein simultaneously with said hydrogen halogen or interhalogens into a coal fired flue gas further increases the oxidation of Hg0 to Hg2+.
