摘要: A motor control system for a commercial vehicle having an electric axle includes: first and second motors disposed in a rear-wheel electric axle; an accelerator position sensor for detecting a degree to which an accelerator is depressed; a wheel speed sensor detecting a wheel speed change; and a controller determining a driver's required torque on the basis of detection signals of the accelerator position sensor and the wheel speed sensor and then controlling a torque of the first motor in such a manner as to approach target torque for satisfying the driver's required torque and at the same time either controlling either a torque of the second motor to a level that compensates for a torque error of the first motor or controlling the torque of the first motor and the torque of the second motor at alternating fixed duty ratios.

摘要: A parking brake fail safety control system and method for a vehicle having an electric-axle, may enable safe parking braking on a level ground, a slope, etc. By controlling the torque from a first motor configured for a rear wheel-first electric-axle and the torque from a second motor configured for a rear wheel-second electric-axle to have the same magnitude in opposite directions and by increasing/decreasing the torque from the first motor and the torque from the second motor, depending on a change of wheel speed when a parking brake fails.

摘要: A method and a system of learning a pressure applied to a brake of a countershaft may include determining, when a shift condition is satisfied, whether a shifting to be performed is a power off upshift; releasing a clutch mounted between a power source and the transmission when the shifting to be performed is the power off upshift; detecting a contact duration until a speed of an input shaft of the transmission is lowered by a predetermined speed by applying a target pressure stored in a memory to the brake of the countershaft when the release of the clutch is completed; comparing the contact duration with a predetermined duration; correcting, when the contact duration is greater than the predetermined duration, the target pressure according to a difference between the contact duration and the predetermined duration; and storing and updating the corrected target pressure in the memory to apply a subsequent power on upshift.
