摘要： An application jig includes a first principal surface, a second principal surface, and an opening section. The second principal surface is provided on an opposite side of the first principal surface. The opening section penetrates from the first principal surface to the second principal surface and includes a first opening section and a second opening section. The first opening section is provided on the first principal surface side. The second opening section is provided on the second principal surface side and has a substantially constant diameter from the second principal surface toward a boundary line between the first opening section and the second opening section. The first opening section has a diameter gradually decreasing from the first principal surface toward the boundary line.
