Abstract: Reliability monitoring and indication may be provided for multicast and broadcast services (MBS). A WTRU may receive an MBS configuration for an INACTIVE state (e.g., suspend FTP and maintain PTM for split MRB). MBS configuration and suspend configuration may be associated with different areas (e.g. MBS area versus RAN area). Configurations may indicate reliability indication triggers (e.g., polling, event based, periodic), a reliability metric configuration, and/or a reliability indication configuration. A WTRU (e.g., in INACTIVE) may receive an MBS transmission (e.g., on MRB(s)), receive an MCCH (e.g., with trigger(s) for reliability indication during MCCH modification period), determine reliability metric(s) associated with MBS TB reception, monitor reliability metric(s) during time interval(s) for MCCH modification period(s), select RA resources (e.g., per mapping between resources and reliability metric value/range), indicate a reliability metric (e.g., transmit reliability indication via selected preamble and RO), and/or monitor RAR format responsive to the reliability indication transmission.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and instrumentalities are described herein associated with relay usage (e.g., new radio (NR) relays used as an example herein) where handovers between sidelink (SL) and direct link and/or between sidelinks may be based on consideration of end-to-end radio and/or load conditions. Handover decisions may be determined, for example, based on measurements of direct connections, sidelink connections, and/or backhaul connections. Handover decisions may be optimized, for example, based on measurement reporting behavior. A remote wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) (e.g., a WTRU that may be configured to connect to a network, for example, using a relay WTRU) in sidelink relay operation with a relay WTRU may determine measurement reporting behavior (e.g., associated with performed measurements of the direct connections, sideline connections, and/or backhaul connections), for example, while considering the sidelink quality associated with the relay WTRU.

Abstract: A method and device for power savings on a dormant secondary cell group are disclosed. In an approach, a wireless transmit receive unit (WTRU) may receive, from a network, a report configuration to report a channel quality indicator to a master cell group, MCG, or a secondary cell group, SCG, based on the received configuration (e.g. comprising different periodicities in order to report the CQI). In an approach, the channel quality indicator may be transmitted with a decreasing regularity. In an approach, the channel quality indicator may be transmitted with a period (periodicity) that depends on a discontinuous reception status of the MCG. In an approach, the channel quality indicator may be transmitted depending on a presence of high priority data (e.g. number of DCIs received, preemption indication, LCH priority; PDCCH).
