    摘要: A pyroelectric sensor includes several pixels distributed above a substrate and each pixel includes a first portion made of a pyroelectric material, in direct physical contact with a charge collection electrode, a second portion made of a pyroelectric material, in direct physical contact with a charge collection electrode, the first portion, the second portion and the at least one charge collection electrode being superposed above the substrate, at least one heating element to heat the first and second portions including a pyroelectric material, and an electronic device to measure a difference between charges generated by the first portion including a pyroelectric material and charges generated by the second portion including a pyroelectric material. The pyroelectric sensor makes it possible to suppress a useless part of a measurement signal. It is particularly advantageous for taking an image of a papillary print.

    摘要: There is provided a method of capturing a thermal pattern by a sensor including a matrix of several rows and columns of pixels, and heating elements, each heating element associated with at least one pixel, and configured to heat a heat sensitive measurement element for measurement of the pixel independently of other heating elements during reading of the pixel, the method including, during a reading of at least one first pixel, the heat sensitive measurement element of the at least one first pixel is heated by a heating element associated with the at least one first pixel, and also during the reading, the heat sensitive measurement element of at least one second pixel is heated by at least one other heating element associated with the at least one second pixel, the at least one second pixel being read before or after the reading of the at least one first pixel.

    摘要: A system for vision in virtual reality or augmented reality is provided, in a support to be mounted on a head of a user, the system including a matrix of light-emission elements extending according to a display surface for display of images configured to be seen by the user; an optical projection system to form an image of the elements on a focusing surface at a distance from an eye of the user; a matrix of photo-detectors to acquire an image of a region of the eye extending according to a capture surface and arranged coplanar with the elements and at least partially overlapping with the capture surface and the display surface; and a computer to receive as an input the image acquired, and to process the same to deduce a parameter relative to the user, the optical projection system being a variable-focal-length optical system.
